I own a home that I occupy 1/5th of. I have 4 other bedrooms that I rent out to roommates.

Can I "charge" a property management fee that I can write off as an expense for my time, maintenance, and other things that were not specifically itemized?

I spend probably 10 + hours a week doing stuff around the house that is due to having roommates and the upkeep involved.

Please only respond if you have a medical background or some experience with what is going on.

Last night i started experiencing a pain in the top of my back bottom of my neck area, but deeper inside than a muscle. It hurts to swallow, yawn, cough, sneeze, or bent my head back to look up. The pain is very sharp and seems to radiate out from the center spot. It has been progressively getting worse.

My uncle is a chiropracter so I already went and saw him and he doesn't believe it is any thing with the muscles, bones, or nerves.

Any thoughts as to what it could be or what i should do? My Dr's office is already closed and I dont want to go to an urgent care unless it is nessessary

I bid on something and it says that the reserve price has not been met.

If i no longer want the item am I required to buy it if the seller decides they are willing to take what I offered?

I found another identical item that is going for less and the time runs out on it first. I dont want the one where I have bid on it already.

Please help.

I am wanting to hook up my computer to my TV so that i can watch movies and tv shows on my TV off of my computer. Please let me know the easiest way to do this. :-)
