I would like to know what other charges besides the 19.95 a month they add to the bill.

I received a notice in the mail regarding a class action law suit being filed in a California court against a company I do business with.

(I am in Texas)

The notice says that if I do NOT want to participate in the lawsuit, I have to send a letter by mail or fax to the attorneys. It must be worded just right or they will throw it out.

Now to my question. Why in the heck do I have to go to the trouble of writing this law firm and paying for stamps and envelope, making a copy for my records, wasting MY valuable time, when I have never had a complaint with this company.

If I don't send this in, I may be blocked from taking action on my own should I have a problem.

I feel that the people who want to participate should be the ones inconvenienced with this bull.

Are these kind of notices illegal and if not, do you think they should be?

My Sister has an upright console that has two parts stacked on one another. It has a TV - Radio and Record player with great speakers in the bottom half. I have looked everywhere on the web and have found pictures of the cabinet style consoles but not the upright ones. I am trying to find pics of these types so we can identify the year and model number.

My cats really loved Purina One Chicken and Rice dry cat food.

They have been eating it for years with no health problems.

Purina recently reformulated the recipe and my cats will not touch it.

Has anyone else had this problem?
