So I need to supply food samples (think small, Dixie cup size) for about 150 people that signifies what American food is all about. This is part of my study abroad program here in Hungary, and the food is for students from around the globe. I've lived in the states my entire life, but I'm totally stumped on what to bring to prove the people that American food is more than just McDonald's.

The food I bring has got to be:

-Cheap

-Easy to split into small portions

-Somewhat easy to make in a large batch.

Any ideas? I was thinking maybe chili and cornbread, but I feel like there's gotta be a better option. Thanks!

I want a camera with better quality than the standard point and shoot. I thought a DSLR would be the way to go, but after reading several reviews it seems that the Pen Mini may have comparable quality. I'm debating if I want to purchase a refurbished Nikon D3100 for $350 or a new Mini for $300. The price difference is not a factor, I'm concerned about photo quality because I want to make large (10x12) prints. I also want a camera that I will keep for years. Which would you recommend? The size of the mini makes it so appealing!

I am 5'1 and weigh 120 punds. I would like to shed about 15 pounds in preparation for my prom in ten weeks? I have a gym membership I was just wondering what I should do to reach my goal. All diet and exercise tips are accepted! :)

Ok so I'm a high school sophomore and my friends and I are looking to make plans. Originally, we wanted to go to a local waterpark and have a picnic. But it is not open on that day. Our last day will only go until like ten o'clock so we have all day to spend. Most of my friends drive, so our destinations are endless. Our options that we were considering are:

1. Going to a nearby lake and floating around in innertubes (my friend's parents have boats that we could use, but we don't really want parents there)

2. Going to a friend's house and just swimming

3. Going to a friend's ranch and swimming and then camping out for the night

4. Going to a friend's vineyard house and going in the pool/hot tub and having a mud slide/ fight

I am a sophomore at a private catholic high school (I don't know if that matters). Currently I have a 4.29 GPA, and a 3.95 cumulative GPA. I have yet to take the ACT or SAT, but I took the PLAN (a pre-ACT) and I got a 28 overall and scored above the 94th percentile in every individual category. The test said that I should probably score a 31 on the ACT. I keep seeing in the media that colleges are getting harder and harder to get into. I am involved in many clubs and It is almost set that I will be the editor in cheif of my school newspaper senior year and the president of my school's "S" club (it is a volunteer organization). so where should I apply and where can I get in?

Everyone tells me I should be a comedian because I'm very funny. I've always wanted to be one, but how do I accomplish this? Would I go to college? What would I major in? I'm sixteen and a sophomore in high school :)

So last night i made out with a guy for the first time, and I have had a terrible feeling all day. I didn't enjoy making out with him. Am I the only one who doesnt like it?

Ok so I'm not trying to be conceited, but I think that I am a decent looking teenager. I'm 16 years old, I have bigger boobs than every girl in my grade (32D) and I am pretty thin. I have long light brown hair, I could show you a picture if you want. I am very friendly, and I dont have any enemies. I'm smart (4.00 GPA) and everyone tells me i'm really funny. Let me remind you that I am not trying to be conceited I'm just trying to provide an accurate description of myself. I have many close guyfriends, but I haven't had a single guy like me. I feel like there is nothing more I can do. I just feel hopeless. Example:Last weekend I was at a party and all my friends were asked to dance, except me. I wasnt asked to dance until random strangers showed up, and they asked me to dance. Can someone just tell me what I am doing wrong?

I'm trying to decide whether or not to go to one of the spray tan places (but do those make you orange?). or if anyone has a fairly cheap product from a drugstore I could use? I'm a little darker than fair, and I'd like something that builds a tan fairly quickly.

Alright, I liked this one guy for six months, and I FINALLY don't like him anymore!!! YAY!!! but now, I think I developed a little crush for my best friends older brother (he's 16, I'm 15, soph/frosh). He's smart, goofy, hot, and REALLY nice, but he doesnt know it! he's also my best guy friend, and in all my classes. It seems like he sends me signs, but I think that maybe he does it on accident. One of the signs that I think I might be getting, besides us talking and laughing, is that whenever we're listening to music, he'll sing along (haha I love this kid :)) and he'll only turn to me on the parts about love. Does this mean anything, how can I get him to fall for me?
