so I got like one week before the race maby less the race day wus delayed cuz of bad weather,I`ve been training hard since winter wus over and I`ve been doing this for a few years now,the race is like mixed MTB and road whit a really steep climb 12% the whole track is 3 laps 2,3km each (7km all)

we all start at the same time,I drink energy drinks before the race.Wut do you think I should work on this last week and day before the race is rest day right.Also I hear about painkillers 1 hour before the race does that help?

So,I Want to put a stepper motor on my camera focus and whit a joystick that I will mount near my stabilizer handles I`m gonna control the focus,basically I want to control the focus without moving my hand all the way to the lens.I have a few steppers from an old printer any ideas ?

I`ve been playing guitar for a year and a few months now but I cant sing while playing,I always lose the rithm cuz I cant hear the guitar over my voice and I`m not loud or anything. Maby its cuz I practiced singing only a few times but I can sing perfectly in rithm whit the guitar wen I`m improvising just not wen I`m learning a song

so I`m doing a stun in witch I`m gonna be on fire,I need some kind of gel that you can make at home or is cheap to buy(I know about zel gel but it`s too expensive) I need to by on fire only for 3-4 sec then I`ll jump in water need the gel only to protect my face and hair.And please don`t ***** about how dangerous you think this is.

So I got a amp and it makes this hissing noise and apparently that's because my apartment isn't grounded,how can I do it myself of just an easy fix for that one outlet ?

I got stung by a bee yesterday on my upper lip and the swelling got down till the night but in the morning on the next day it got very big,it is very uncomfortable so how can I get it back to normal fast

Well I`ve been doing Cycling for a long time now and running is part of my training,I stopped everything for about 6 months and I need to get back on track.I need to know how much should I run per week,if you can give me a a scale from beginner to pro so I can decide where I am it would be very helpful
