  • I only get my period every six months or so..?

I'm sixteen now and it started when I was fourteen. It's completely normal when I have it, lasting a week or just under. But I've only had it about five times. I mean it's not exactly an inconvenience, but I'm a bit worried this could cause problems? I have a bit of cramping in my back just before and during and it can get quite bad as well.

If anybody has anything to say, I know I should go to a doctor but I'm really embarrassed and I've not told my mum so yeah thanks :)

  • Is Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist the book, the same as the movie?

So I heard it was a book, I loved the movie! I know there's some differences in characters and stuff, and there's more emphasis on music, but do they still get together? Does Nick ditch Tris and does Norah ditch Tal? And does it end as well as the movie?

I really want it, but I need a happy ending! :)

    Thanks

  • What is the best university to study Marine Biology in Scotland?

So obviously, its pretty self explanatory. I know Heriot-watt, Aberdeen, St Andrews and maybe Glasgow all do it, but which one is the best. And which has the best employment rate afterwards?

  • Good books to read for a 16 year old?

Well i'm 16, and i know this is really childish but my favourite books are Harry Potter! But who doesn't like Harry Potter?

Anyway stuff i have read is like:

    -Gallagher Girls

-The Perks of being a wallflower

    -Life of Pi

-And old books of my grans like treasure island and kidnapped.

I love fiction, (but not really sci-fi stuff). I would also like to try non-fiction, like a travel book that would suit my age or something to do with science because i love biology!

    Thanks :)

  • How many times should a cat be fed a day?

I have asked my mum for a cat and she asked me to do some research before we make any commitments. How many times a day should a kitten be fed just with normal kitten pouch food and how many times for an adult cat?

Any other information would be great! Thanks

  • what is a normal 15yr old girl?

i am obviously a 15 year old girl and i feel really self conscious about myself: i don't wear make-up, i don't dress like most, i just wear jeans and converse and i'm quite slim. i have lots of spots though :( My friends are all starting to go out with guys, and my best friend has had like three boyfriends! and i haven't even kissed a guy! i have a lot of friends and i always go out at the weekends but only during the day or evening and sometimes during the week. i do really well in school and i go to keyboard classes and basketball, and i love music.

I'm just wondering: 1) Do i have a normal social life?

    2) Should i wear make-up, if so what?

    3) Should i wear different clothes?

    4) should i have kissed a guy by now?

    5) How do i stop feeling so self conscious?

    6) Should i do more stuff outside of school?

    7) How do i get a boyfriend?

Would really appreciate any answers! Thanks

  • How can I can stop sweating?!?

I have a really embarrassing problem, i cannot stop sweating. I use deodorants daily but it doesn't help and i end up with sweat patches. It happens really quickly even if i'm not doing anything! i don't do much exercise but i go out a lot and walking to my friends house causes me to sweat. I don't want to have to go to a doctor so if there is anything other than that that would work?! I'm 15 and a girl btw thanks

  • I don't understand electromagnetism?!?

I have a test in a few days on electricity and electromagnetism. It will cover stuff like the 'right hand motor rule' and the 'left hand grip rule' and solenoids. And any other information would be helpful or a link to a good revision website?! Thanks

  • I spend too much time messing around?!?

When I have something to do I just procrastinate and leave it till the last minute. And that leaves me with no proper time to relax. So I have no time doing productive things and no time relaxing?! How do I organise my time?!
