I have a year old Lab and a 6 month old newfoundland puppy and I need a good dog food brand. I was using Purina's Beneful but after doing research I hear its terrible. I would like a brand that's not hard to find too, something that I can pick up at a petsmart or Petco. What brand do you use?

I just bought a 3 inch red devil cichlid and its been 3 days since I bought it. It is always hiding under a rock that I added to the tank, It stays hiding all the time! It only eats sinking pellets that land inside the cave! Any suggestions on how to make it more comfortable and more active? He's in a 55 gallon tank for now!

I recently bought a 1.5 inch flowerhorn cichlid from petsmart and he is very timid. I keep him in a tank with a few African cichlids for now until I find a separate tank for the african cichlids. I would like to know what I should do to get the best out of my Flowerhorn:

Should I remove the African cichlids now and leave him as the only fish in the tank? Africans don't really bother him, he is more dominate than them.

What should I feed him to get a nice kok (bump), I already see signs of a bump but I want to do whatever is needed to get a nice bump!

What can I do to keep him with attitude and color?

Also has anyone had success with a petsmart flowerhorn?

I have had my old cat for 12 years now and she is getting old and a little slower, I wanted to get a kitten to ensure that no pest try to come into the house. I would like a kitten because I want the older cat to stay dominant and to teach the younger kitten (if possible)! Will a younger kitten disturb my older cat, or will they get along? Also any tips to have the best outcome with mixing a old cat with a kitten?

Just got a 90 gallon tank from neighbor, they resealed it after leaking however it leaked again. I started to remove the old silicone and noticed that it felt like it was a gap between the front and bottom glass. Is the tank no good, or can I reseal it anyway?

I have a 2004 Toyota sienna that has recently started to slightly vibrate. The vibration is only felt while the car is in drive, never in park, and it is only felt in the seat and on the door! There are no indications on the dashboards! I took it to the shop and was told that it was the mound, they repaired it but it still vibrates.

Does anyone know what the shaking could be!

I have a 2004 Toyota Sienna that now has 120,000 miles on it. I noticed that the car slightly vibrates while at the stop light; you can only feel the vibration in the seat. This vibration does not occur while driving and does not occur while the car is parked; only when I am at the stop light and it is not at dramatic vibration, it small vibrations!

Does anyone know why it does this, also how to stop it?

I unplugged the positive outlet on the battery of my 2004 Toyota sienna and now that it is plugged back in, the car is starting to vibrate. It never vibrated before I unplugged the battery.

I have a 2004 toyota sequoia that has about $5000 worth engine damage. Should I fix the toyota or just get a new vehicle. Also considering economically, is it worth keeping with gas price and all?

Can anyone help? My Vieja synspilum ( American cichlid) keeps catching bloat. I've had him about 2 months and he caught bloat the first time, and I cured it with epsom salt. He caught it 2 more times and I cured it again with epsom salt.

He has it again. This time I'm giving him epsom salt again, but my queastion is how to keep him from catching bloat again. I did read that he may have consitptaion, but how to cure that as well?

Help, Ive had an african cichlid tank that is not about 8 months old. They all aught a disease that caused there skin to peel and they stopped eating. I cured it however with a salt treatment. Everyone is back to normal except three which refuse to eat. No signs of illness, just not eating.

Please help, I don't want to looses these three!

Any advice or similar experince would be helpful!
