I am looking into putting video online on my website. Its for work, and we are looking into the regulations for closed captioning. I am having a difficult time finding info. I have the regs, but i have having a hard time finding examples of these regs being followed online. (my work is in the military) and there is a discrepency as to whether we need to follow the regs or not. SO my question to you, if you are hearing impaired...do you have programs on your computer that close caption videos that are not? Or do you rely in the videos online to be closed captoined? Can you send me some examples of sites that show the proper way to set it up?

The show is in Wallingford at the Chev Theatre at 6:30. The tickets are gen admin...and they are 35 $ each. (that is cost..im not trying to make anything)

How do I care for it now, so it will bloom again, and when should i expect it to bloom again?? I have been researching it...but i am finding a bunch of different things...anyone know from expereince what works?

me and my girl friends want to go on vacation next spring break time...somewhere tropical...that has the spring break style fun party spots...but also a tourist style atmosphere with fun places to visit (outdoor places) and things to do other than drink...nothing cancun style or no where in FLA...

any suggestions... (we are all 25...so looking for crazy and sensible fun)

i used my hair straightener and i thought it was because of the pressure i put on it straightening my hair...but 5 days later it still feels weird...its not like pins and needles...and i deffinitly didnt burn it...it looks normal...and i can feel things....but it just feels super weird....

i wish i could explain more how it feels...its just annoying...does anyone have any input??

I have a very good friend who broke up with her BF about 6 months ago...and since then she has been dating guys she has met on the internet...and its working out great for her...

but her confidence has gone through the roof...at first i was so happy for her new found happiness and confidence...now she is borderline conceited and thinks she is better than everyone...and when we go out...i feel as though she competes for attention from guys...

its annoying...and its making me not want to be around her...and not even want to talk to her...because whenever i do...its all about her...and her life...and i cant even get a word in edgewise about my life or problems...

i have tried to nicely tell her that she is being self centered...but she knows it and doesnt care...

WHAT SHOULD I DO??? do i stop hanging around her for awhile??

Go to a free clinic...if you are pregnant...and you feel like something is wrong...get it checked out...if you are 5 months prego...and you are bleeding or if you have cramps...are you really going to take the advice that its fine...from some random person on the internet??? come ON...this is your child!!!!!
