I ask this question because mainly because these two options seem to be the greatest. But if you can think of any other steam games for 20 dollars I would be happy to look at the options. I really want to get a stealthy kind of game but I really just want a game that you can really get into and the scenery is beautiful. When I start up the game it just stays at the xbox screen then flashes black, back to the original xbox screen then I hear the game starting. But it is still stuck at the xbox screen. Any fixes? There is minor wear and tear on the disc.

Well I got the Gateway Black DX4860-UB21P Desktop PC for Christmas but when I get everything all plugged up, I go to turn it on and a light comes on, it starts to work, but then a weird sound goes off and it turns back off. It continues to do this until you pull the cord on it's power supply.

I just got Oblivion a few days ago, and I am still level one. I've slept and everything possible. Done numerous quests, including up to the part where you join the blades. I just do not level up. I've checked how close I am to leveling up, and it constantly stays at the same point.
