I don't understand why Romney and Republicans are upset about this being upheld. Romney passed the same bill for MA and the same part was struck down (extending Medicaid for the poor) in 2006 and it has worked fine. What are the reasons that Republicans are against this and say it's unconstitutional?

I know he's a solid player, but with him being on the DL and all, I'm not sure if it's worth keeping him. My league has two DL spots, and I've been holding him and Ellsbury on it. He still doesn't have any rehab assignments or an idea of when he's returning.

On one of the question I answered, the asker gave me best answer but then told me multiple things. He told me to screw off, that he hopes illegals take my job and my family's jobs (I don't know why), and then he said BTW drop dead. Now I know it's the politics section but there is a line that can be crossed. How do I go about reporting it? Do I just report the question or is there a way I can report the individual user?

So Yahoo! changed the point system for the upper levels in an attempt to decrease spam and worthless answers. However, I feel like I've seen more spam questions today than I have since I joined. Is this just me or is anyone else noticing this?

I'm doing Relay for Life. I changed my goal once before after I had already logged in multiple times. I can't find My Relay Center though and I know that's what I need to change my goal and send out an e-mail but it isn't appearing when I log in anymore. Where is it?

I just found out my college roommate and I found out she's from India. We were chatting on Facebook and were trying to figure out a means of communication for now that would allow us to text, but without the international charges. This would give us a different means besides just Facebook chat and e-mail. She has a blackberry and I have a Droid 2. I don't know what form of a Blackberry she has but I know that I can't bbm so this will complicate things. Assuming she can download free apps (because I don't know how blackberries work) are there any FREE applications available for both phones that would allow us to communicate so that one of us isn't up at 9 AM and the other at midnight (like last night) so we can get to know each other a little more in the next few weeks? I have the Sims 3, World of Adventures, and High-End Loft Stuff. I went to update the game like it told me to do. When I finished, it told me my base game was incompatible with my expansion pack and needed to be updated. I clicked OK, but nothing showed up. I can't click any of the buttons on the main menu. It also says that I have version 0.0.0.0 of the game. How do I fix this? Anybody know? I tried going onto the Sims 3 forums but it didn't really help, so unless you know of a specific forum that works don't tell me to go searching.

I've been shopping for prom dresses and I found this dress I absolutely love on dresseslife.com. Has anyone ever bought a dress from this site? I have been looking for reviews but it appears that no one has written their own reviews online and I don't want to buy the dress until I know the business is decent. Any help would be appreciated.
