I am tired of acne and it really lowers my self esteem. Right now I have redness on my cheeks due to irritation from my cleanser (I got rid of it) and my nose is covered with blackheads. I even have pimples on my cheeks. What can I do to get rid of this mess on my face? It's embarrassing please help, thank you.

I wash my face twice daily with the Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser (for all skin types) and moisturize with the Clean & Clear Morning Hydrating Gel Moisturizer (oil-free)

I had a pimple on my nose a couple weeks ago (I put some benzyol peroxide and honey to make it fade away, not together!)

And it left some really weird acne mark on my nose. It's like this huge blackish spot on my nose and it won't go away.
