i recently filed for Chapter 7 Bankruptcy what would be the best credit card to get to start rebuilding my credit or better question what would be the cheapest overall.

ok so i live in saint louis missouri

i just got pulled over by the police they said i looked suspicious they took me out of the car, asked me if i had anything illegal in the car i told them i do not. then he asked me if there is anything he should know about in the car, i said no. He searched me and found a 1 hitter with residue, and a small tiny container for personal use that had less then 1 hitter has. I did not get taken into custody, they gave me a paper that says i have to appear in court, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana is the violation. i am 22 years old no record at all what should i do???

8 months ago my father was injured at work he got electrified at the same time he messed up his left shoulder had surgery and did months of physical therapy the doctor said he is totally disabled on his left shoulder he has no use of it he still has pain from electrical injury and he still is going to doctor for head problems he is seeing a specialist that he's had since the accident we have a lawyer and everything's being works out I'm just wondering what will the settlement look like what is an average amount someone in this case gets.

My dad was per-scribed some kind of pills to help him with his high cloistral and since he started drinking them he started having weird red spots All over his back and stomach and 2 weeks latter they are not on his face and gone of his body. They itch and go away for a few hours and then come back now its all over his face and its somewhat blocking his left eye vision. He has no problems breathing or anything but it is itchy and looks like big red bumps. My dad does not have medical insurance what are his options what do you guys think is wrong with him??
