Hey. I made my gmail account years ago and I've regretted my username.

I've tried changing it in both google + and in the gmail settings, but it's still there!

When I work in google drive (docs) it's also still there and others can see it.

How do I change it?! Please help me.

  • Social anxiety, please HELP?

Hi,I'm 16 years old and have social anxiety. I'm starting at a new school tomorrow, and there's a lot of new people - it makes me quite nervous.

The thing is that I feel very awkward, shy and uncomfortable around people.

I feel like i have this "evil voice" inside my head that's constantly pulling me down.

When i'm talking to someone, all I think is "they think i'm weird", "I shouldn't have said that", "they probably hate me", etc.

I feel like i'm afraid to be "myself", because I'm scared people won't accept me.

    - What should I do?

Any tips that would be helpful?

  • Movies to watch with your family?

What are some good movies to watch with your family?

It doesn t need to be "family movies", maybe just movies everyone can enjoy.

    (pg13 is okay though)

No horror-movies, "chick-flicks" or movies with many awkward scenes (if you know what I mean)

  • What do you do with your hair?

    Hi there!

I feel like I never know what to do with my hair. I'm not one of those with naturally sleek and perfect hair, but I wonder what other people do to their hair on a regular basis?

My hair is not completely straight, but not wavy or curly. It's just a frizzy mess.

I normally wear a middle part, but have to tuck it behind my ears, since it always gets in my face. It's also quite long too.

So yeah - What do you do with your hair? How's it cut, do you use any special products and how do you style it, if you do? I'm curious and needs some inspiration.

  • A new TV-show to watch!?

    Hey!

Like everyone else, I love to watch tv-shows. I've watched a lot, but mostly comedy.

I really like Pretty Little Liars though (mostly cause of the drama, "who is A", etc), and I would like to find something similar to it. Not just some girly-tv show, but a show with some drama, mystery and crime.

    Any ideas? :)

  • BOOKS NEEDED!?

    Hi!

Summer is here and I need something to bring on vacation with me :)

I am a 16 year old girl who have read mostly young adult and few classics.

I do enjoy young adult books very much (romance especially), as long as they are not childish or poorly written.

    - I would love to get some inspiration and suggestions!

Books I already love are; Perks of being a wallflower, Flipped, Elanor and Park, all John Green books, Catcher in the rye, Pride and prejustice, etc.

  • My shoes are too big?

    Hi!

So I ve been wanting these shoes for months, but they have been sold out everywhere!

However I found them online, but in a size or two bigger than what I usually use.

Since I was quite desperate I just bought them!

I got them today and of course they re a bit too big. Especially around my heel.

Is there any way that I can wear them and actually walk normal in them?

(btw. it s a normal pair of sneakers)

  • Is it serious?

I'm actually really worried that I might have a brain tumor and have been for quite a long time now.

It all started with sharp intense headache that I would have many of everyday. That went on for a month, but then went away. (I've had them occasionally since though)

But what bugs me the most is the nausea! I have it almost everyday and it keeps me from doing stuff and not eating much. Sometimes I feel it when I wake up, but sometimes it comes on later. It Normally lasts some hours and then I feel better.

    - I have been to the doctor, but since I suffer from anxiety they always tell me that's the cause. But I honestly don't believe that anymore, since the nausea often hits me when I feel good and not worried. It also wakes me up at night.

Idk what to do but I don't want to live with this anymore!

PLEASE write if you have had similar experience or anything helpful to say. I would appreciate that :)

  • What's happening to my eye?

    Hi!

I'm a 16 year old female and over the past year, my sight on the right eye has gone really bad.

I'm far-sighted and +2,50 on the left eye, but only +1 on the right eye.

I also have an astigmatism, but it never used to bother me.

Because of that, I used to see almost perfect on my right eye and I rarely used my glasses.

However 5 months ago I had to start wearing glasses again, since my sight on the right eye has gone so bad. I've been to my eye doctor and have gotten eye exams, but "no changes" they say.

But why is it that my sight on the right eye is completely blurry, so that I can't even read letters, see faces, etc.

I'm worried that it's brain related since I've also had headaches - been to the doctor with that too, but she said it was just a tension headache.

    - Anyone who knows if your sight/astigmatism can suddently get much worse? Have had same experience? Or just have anything to say about this? I would like to hear what people think :)

  • Is this normal?! Anxiety?

    Hey!

So today I had a lot of anxiety, because I had to do an exam I was worried about. I had the normal symptoms like racing heart, shaking hands, etc. - BUT I started having these scary but short head pains. I don't know how to descripe them, but they are short and very painful.

The exam went really well and I feel more relaxed now. However I still have the head pains. I'm worried that they're something serious. Especially since I had them a couple months ago. They went away, but today they came back.

    - Is it just due to the anxiety? Are they normal to get? I went to the doctor back then, but she thought it wasn't serious enough to get a scan.

  • PMS ALL THE TIME!?

    Hi!

So I haven't had my period for about 3 months now, which is a bit unusual for me. It's pretty regular normally.

But for the last month I've had PMS symptoms all the time. Like I normally get them a few days before my period, but so far nothing happens, no period.

The symptoms I'm talking about are cramps (pretty strong ones actually), acne breakouts, anxiety, etc.

    BTW. I'm not pregnant.

  • Swollen lympth nodes - Help!?

    Hello!

So yeah, I've had a swollen lympth node around my groin area, for over 1 year now.

It's definitely larger now, than when I first discovered it. - it's round, hard (and pushable) and around half an inch/1 cm. in size.

I can't normally feel it, but sometimes, I feel it hurting without touching it or anything.

Can it be anything serious, now that I've had it for a long time? Or is it normal to have one?

  • I'm BORED of my hair..?

    Hey :)

I'm writing because i'm very bored with my hair and I don't know what to do with it!

My hair is: medium-long, very thick, FRIZZY (isn't quite curly, but not straight), and very dry and probably damaged from when I bleached it 2 years ago (today it's my natural haircolour, which is a dark blonde).

It always gets in my face, so I tuck it behind my ears. I can't wear it up in a ponytail because it hurts my scalp.

    - Do any of you have any recommendation on how I should wear or what to do with it? I would really appreciate that <3

btw. I have a small and round-shaped face and bangs look ridiculous on me, haha.

  • FRENCH or SPANISH?

    Hi! :)

So I've applied for a new school, but now I have to choose a 2nd foreign language to learn for the next 3 years.

I'm choosing between french and spanish.

Both of my parents took french when they were young and they say it's a very difficult language to learn. Is spanish easier?

Also what is the best choice? I know more people talk spanish, but I've already been to france a few times and plan on doing so in the future too. I would also like to go to spain though.

    - What do you guys think I should choose??? I need some help.. ;)

  • HELP! Period & exams!?

    Hey :)

I have some really important exams for school this week, that I absolutely have to do since I graduate soon and they're important for my resume.

The problem is that I've just gotten my period. I normally have to take a few days off, when I'm on my period since they are SO PAINFUL. I can't do anything, but lay in bed and cry - literally. I take paracetamol, but they doesn't help much, and I still feel nauseaus and dizzy.

I once fainted because of the pain, but luckly I was at home.

I can't imagine sitting in a quiet classroom doing tests, in that much pain. I'm also really afraid of being sick or passing out.

WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO? This is the worst timing ever...
