for the last few years I have been struggling a lot gaining weight and the reason why is because I can’t seem to eat enough food. No matter what it is I eat I chew for about 10 minutes before swallowing even though I try it normally takes me up to an hour to finish a meal or small snack. It’s especially bad because I normally do not have an appetite (despite working out daily) and get full off a small amount of food I went to the doctor and so far had an endoscopy ultrasound hida scan and too many blood test to count which all came back normal. I don’t know why this is happening but it’s a problem that has gotten worse within the last few months I’m a 20 y/o male 6ft 2 160ibs. And don’t have any other health problems.

Just moved in my new apartment my parents house has had an electric stove my whole life idk how im suppose to use this safely
