I own a car multimedia company and about a month ago i worker on a customers car and he left happy. About 3 weeks later he advised us that something different on his car is not working, which wasnt a result of our work. It was a mechanical issue, on an old car. We told him if he purchased a part we can install for free even though it wasnt our issue. He came in screaming and cursing at our employers in front of many customers. His daughter, who we never did business with, wrote a negative review saying our techs are not professional & we are con artists and etc, which are all lies. They did a charge back of the amount they paid even though they have all the equipment installed, which i have proof of his signature when he paid. His daughter called Fox News and they want to do an interview. Can i sue her for slander since we never did business with her?
