Unfortunately, I have been diagnosed with end stage liver cancer and suffer from ascites, jaundice, anemia, and severe cirrhosis. My doctor told me that without a transplant, I have roughly a year to live and I'm only 32.

I've followed all of his directions as far as diet requirements and medication. I take Lactulose, blood pressure pills, and 2 different water pills daily. They assigned the water pills in hopes that it would get my abdomen to not swell (I look 9 months pregnant)..... But instead, its taking weight off every other part of my body EXCEPT my stomach. I am 5' 3" and before all of this, I averaged between 120-125 lbs. I currently weight 97 lbs. and look ameciated :( I was at the Doctor 2 days ago and weighed 101 lbs.....which means I have lost 4 lbs in 2 days. I'm scared. Has this happened to anyone else? Its scary knowing that I could possibly die in a year and seeing myself look like a stick has me depressed and not even wanting to leave my house. Any advice would be appreciated.

I mean this in all kindness. Some athiests believe in the devil, some dont believe in either........so what do you believe and what keeps you from thinking there isn't a higher power? Pure curiosity.......I've had Athiest friends, so no attacks please. Mature answers.

I'm white to the bone and he's Jewish. What is a ceremony like in a black church? Do you dress up? Is there tithing? I wanna hear some music! Will we be looked down upon, though?

Good will ALWAYS conquer evil.......but why has this gone on for so long? It's getting worse by the day. I'm frustrated, because he needs to put an end to this very soon. Someone enlighten me. Amen.

Is it a control thing? I'm talking about a man making 100k married to a crack head and he's on nothing! I don't get it.

This has been going on now for 8-9 years. Some light days, I have 3 mugs full.....other days, I'll have about ten glasses. I'll just dig into the glass with my hand and shuffle it into my mouth! Its insane. I love crunching cool ice but it drives my husband crazy! I've heard it all: "You have Pica diaease, you lack iron deficiency, you're gonna lose your teeth......." heard it all. Am I the only ice addict out there? I don't see how its harmful? Its frozen bits of water. Anyways, curious of your comments. Thanks!

Husband lost his job, we can't afford the rent we're at, so we need to move because we can't afford squat. No cheaper apt is allowing our three dogs and he wants to give them all up so we can live in an upper class area. These are my children ........this is ripping my soul to peices. I can't have children, so this is getting rid of my whole family. My dogs are my life. I just need some support. Thank you.

We filed in March. A gal just called us last week and said she was starting on our medical papers. We're having to leave town because our rent here is way too expensive and my husband was let go from his job......we sold EVERYTHING! Anyway, we have to be out by Aug 20th. We got an attorney, but I guess they only step in if the case gets revoked? Uggh, we need some light at the end of the tunnel....sure a lot of other people are in the same boat. Thanks.

I'm jumpy, squimish, love a good spook......I never have wanted to leave 20 mins into a flick. I used to hold going to the bathroom for over 60 mins if the movie was good, not in this case! Almost fell asleep!!! This movie sucked! I want my money back! What a disappointing experience. The reviews lied.

We get ours in NV......but are moving state next month. Does everything stay the same?

Like if you were accidentally spill a chemical on the hood of your truck and it sat there, bubbled up and peepled right off? What chemicals do that?

First off, his previous two marriages were to mindless, unintelligent robots. He finally meets me. I come from an amazing family, kind, loving, supportive upbringing. I respect both sides of EVERY opinion we have, but the split second I say something that doesn't match his ideas, I'm told "Quit nagging at me!"..........Nagging? I was just communicating. See, he's used to having women that just shut up at his beck and call. I'm very smart, but it infuriates me!

For instance, we have to be out of our house in 10 days. I said "Sweetheart, we have a ton to do tomorrow......we need some rest." This was around 9:00pm. He said "Okay, I'll be in there in 30 mins. Well, I woke up to the TV blaring and the lights on, went out to the living room, he's watching some Dateline show and glued to his laptop at midnight!!!!!! I asked to come to bed.

He says "All you do us nag at me! (like a Lil baby). I said "Nooooo, we have a lot on our plate and you need proper rest. We both do!" There I go "nagging" again, he says. I'm just trying to be the best wife I can be.

I was once told by a family friend that "if you have a wife that never nags and is 100% compliant, she ain't no wife at all." Do any other wives get called as nagging? Its so silly. ALL women nag here and there. Its part of life, my hairy chested friends. When are they going to understand? Or maybe they never will.

Did it feel safe? My husband and I are needing to stay somewhere temporarily until his SSDI gets approved. We can't afford where we stay now. Have you had to go through this?

We have three dogs.

My husband and I have to move ASAP because he lost his job and we can't afford the rent here anymore. No one wants to rent to us because we have three dogs, two Chihuahuas (which the Realtors say is okay), but our ANGEL cattle dog weighs almost 100 lbs and they instantly say no! She doesn't bark.....wouldn't hurt a fly. These are my children. I can't have kids, so giving one away, one that has made my heart whole, rips my soul apart. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm hurting, but its the only way my husband and I will survive. I'm so sad :(
