I am thinking about leaving my current job and going to work for Eismann, they are offering me salaried position of 12K + £2400 guaranteed bonus. After a trial period I will be able to take on a franchise with them which will cost me certain fees etc. They have told me that the average earnings for a franchisee is 25K but an opportunity to earn loads more. Can anyone be more precise, do you know someone that has a Eismann franchise or works for them. maybe you work for them. PENNINE timber and damp LTD Bradford and York -- Do not use them, Just had them returned this week to REDO the failed damp course from 4 years ago, the contract did not cover the decor or furniture or carpet, smallest of small size 7 small print, CAB said i had no leg. They have just done the damp proofing again and tonight my smoke alarms went off only to find that they have sliced straight through a main electric cable with their drills and i have had to get an electrician to make safe the WHOLE of my downstairs living area, on top of that i have now got to have that rewired and have all the plaster chipped out again which these guys have just redone. So be warned DO NOT USE PENNINE TIMBER AND DAMP TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS AND POST EMAILS TO EVERYONE

Can any one tell me if there is a simple way to check a clutch on a ford KA manual 5 speed box. I have just had the engine and gearbox mounts replaced due to a major juddering when pulling away and although it has reduced it drastically, i am still getting a shudder in 1st gear when pulling away.

this is not a question but a warning to anyone who is thinking about buying an iphone unlocked of Ebay or anywhere else. They work OK until you get the 1st download update then they relock themselves using a linux code. Not going to be easy to unlock them again
