diesel was put into my toyota aygo so i got a mechanic to look at it he drained the fuel and removed the the pump in the tank and flushed the system but it wont start so he fitted new spark plugs and still wont start can anyone help

i have tried many ariels but ive been told to get a satalight dish wich i have done will i be able to get free view wich is on my t.v or do i need a digi box

i am a mechanic and repair many of these cars but this is an import and my scanner will not read the E.C.U it will not rev up but it revs and cuts out on its own ive changed the rocker cover breather system and the E.G.Rvalve and the throttle block if i take off the breather pipe from the rocker cover and blank it off but allowing just a little air through it seems to be o.k any good G.M mechanics out there please help
