I was burned on my fore arm about 4 days ago, the blister immediately formed, then was immediately broken by an excited dog. Yesterday I noticed a red "trail" stemming from my burn, seemingly climbing up my arm so I immediately washed it and put neosporin on it. The trail stayed red for the rest of the day and today it looks better but it's still faintly there. My question is, is this an infection that I should be worried about, or is a little tlc enough to keep it from really establishing itself...or has it already established itself. A little more info...I am currently sick with some sort of cough, I recently almost broke my foot and sliced my toe open (probably needed stitches but I'm poor)...all in the last couple weeks, which cant be easy on the ol immune system.

First and foremost, I don't want your advice if you are under 18 and/or have nothing real to contribute...not that I have anything against you youngsters personally, I just don't think you could relate to my situation.

So let me start out with a little background...

My boyfriend and I met while we were both working at a magical lake resort, at first it was purely sexual, a friends with benefits kinda thing, then when the season ended we went back to our lives in our mutual town. Things were really great, we hung out a lot, our friends like each other etc...then I got an apprenticeship 45 minutes away and he got a job across the border restricting our access to one another greatly, by this time we were in a relationship but not just sexual anymore, and the distance sucks...Then yesterday he told me that he was laid off and he was going to stay with his parents across the border in Canada...its not necessarily permanent, and i think he would avoid it if he could...he just seems to be set on finding a job in Canada...I don't want to hold him back, but i don't want him to go away either...

Now I am sitting here on this beautiful sunny day wishing I could be hanging out at the beach with him on my days off, but hes in Canada...and the worst part of all is that he didn't even talk to me to find out when I was working...hes just gone...I don't know what to do, because we have a great relationship...when we see each other.

Alright, I need advice about a friend who I think is acting obsessively...is it weird? or just weird to me??

My friend and I went to school together for most of out lives, though we never really hung out, we are now 26, and about 6 months ago, we "met" again and became friends. He has made it clear to me that he wants to be more than friends, and I have made it very clear that I just want to be friends only, I also have a boyfriend who I am very close with. So the weird part is this, he has started really pushing himself into my families lives, he has gone over to my parents house just to hang out and he is trying to schedule hangout sessions with my little sister and her fiancee...am I over reacting by thinking this is becoming a bit weird/obsessive?

As in The Sims 2 Seasons, I have the disks, but I have lost the packaging which contains the key.

I am working at a resort out in the middle of nowhere, and I want to bring my Wii, the only problem is we are not allowed to download anything during the day because satellite internet becomes very slow when you download things during peak hours. Will the Wii download anything if I am just playing games and not going to any of the applications? I am planning on updating before I go just in case.

You think that legalizing it would be harmful to our kids by making it more widely available, but what I find really scary is that dangerous drug pushers are becoming ever so intertwined in our childrens everyday life, The logical answer is to take the power out of the hands of the criminals (not the only ones profiting off of prohibition (politicians)), and place it into someones who will refuse to sell to anyone under 21, only then will it be truly controlled.

I am trying to figure out something for dinner...my cupboards are slightly bare, this is what I have on hand...

Bacon, potatoes, eggs, sweet rolls, rice, legume mix, spaghetti noodles, carrots, milk, lots of condiments...and various odds and ends...

BBQ chicken pizza is not an option...I have biscuit mix, rice, various condiments, cheddar cheese, carrots...and a few other ingredients that I can't think of right now...I'm out of eggs.

So, I just found out that they are launching The Sims 3 next month, and my question is, can I use my Sims 2 expansions for the Sims 3?

I am asking because I just bought a bunch of Sims 2 expansions and I feel like I just wasted $100.00....

I am trying to figure out the best route, because I am in a weird situation. When I moved into my apartment, there was a checklist (that I didn't receive a copy of) that stated all of the damage done by previous tenants (most of which wasn't fixed) and I am now being charged for it. They are even charging me 600 dollars for painting the place, when it wasn't painted before we moved in, and we didn't cause any additional damage to it other than minor wear and tear. On a side note, the apartment was passed to three different property management people/companies during my lease period of one year, I had arranged to pay rent on the 7th of the month because I didn't get payed until then. The 2nd property management company didn't honor this, and that's what the six months of late fees are.

They sent me an estimate 11 days after the end of the lease, but it was not itemized...it looks something like this:

carpet cleaning $250

then a month and a week later, I got the actual itemized report:

it had my late fees separated by month, $50x6

cleaning at move out $300

carpet cleaning $150

repair door frames and windows (damage done by previous tenants' cats) $146

patch all holes/painting (damage done by previous tenants) $609

hauling and dump fees $50

Under the deposits section in the landlord tenants act it states that the landlord is responsible for sending a copy of an itemized statement of charges taken out of the deposit (along with the remainder) within 14 days of the end of the lease. Is the estimate (stated first) considered an official itemized report? and would it hold up in court if they tried to use it as an itemized report?

What are my options?

I have tried torrents, but all that I have found is the program, with the key generator. What I need is a key generator for the sims 2 open for business, and the sims 2 nightlife, I have the disks, but have lost the key, does anyone have them, or know of a place to get them (sans virus)?

Ok, I am trying to search for a specific thing in numerology, it involves a "spiritual age, or true age" of some sort, where every 5 years or so, it represents one year, and each year is significant in some way...Does anyone know what I am referring to?

Last night, I had the strangest series of dreams, they were all about death, destruction, and decay...First, I was in a grocery store with my mom when she told me that my sister had committed suicide, I broke down and started screaming and crying as hard as I could, I woke up breathing really hard, but I wasn't as sad as I was in the dream.

For the rest of the night my dreams were filled with things breaking, blowing up, or being decayed so that they weren't safe to use, or wooden walkways too broken to be safe to walk on. Then at the end of the dream, my rat gave birth...I didn't want her to mate, but I didn't stop it, so she became pregnant, but I didn't dream her actually giving birth.

I am mostly concerned about the part about my sister committing suicide. She has been on a pretty self destructive path since she was very young, about 11, she is 17 now, and is cleaning her act up a bit, but she is trying to be to much of an adult, with the maturity level of a 14 year old to boot.

Yesterday, as I was hiking, the front of my hip started to hurt, just a little at first, but by the end of the hike, and after climbing a bunch of rocks while it was hurting, the pain became unbearable. I could barely make it home without crying out in pain every time I took a step with my right leg...stairs are almost impossible, and I cant lift my leg towards my chest without pain...is this a strained hip flexor? If so, how serious is it? I live in America...so naturally, I don't have health insurance, so I cant see a doctor.

Its like my whole scalp is "asleep" I hate the feeling, its extremely uncomfortable, and usually lasts for about 5 minutes...should I be concerned?
