I have a nissan murano 09 and the plastic thing under the car door started falling of a bit (or like 1/2 way) it has little clips but iam pretty sure they are broken I heard you could use adhesive and it will work just fine is that true? Which brand?

my dog is a jack chi were going to a trip in colorado and we live in california weve made the trip befor it takes about 14 to 16 hours we stop about every two hours i was wondering if i should take my dog i dont know about leaving him at a pet hotel hes never been away from me for more than a day and thats with sommeone that i no but no theres noone so i was thinking on taking him hes been in a car befor he likes it hes never gotten motion sickness so i was planning onjust geting a pet friendly hotel and leaving him in there with some toys water exct. of course with air cnditioning and its just for like two days because its just for a party
