Anybody know the name of the movie this still is from?

Recently I've had a bunch of these flying around my bedroom at night. I've read about fruit flies, but these don't look like fruit flies to me, and I don't eat fruit so I wouldn't have any in my bedroom.

Can somebody please identify these insects so I can buy the proper repellant? Thanks.

I get paid minimum wage in California on a biweekly basis. Now, the first week in question I totaled 27.9 hours, and the second week I totaled 69.8 hours. I worked a total of 97.7 hours, but I was only paid for 95.7 (I will take up the missing couple of hours later with management) and out of the 95.7 hours I was paid 15.70 hours of overtime. If I am not mistaken, isn't overtime anything over 40 hours in a single week? Or is it anything over 80 hours if I get paid biweekly? Because I'm getting 15.70 hours of overtime, not 29.8 according to my second workweek.

Also, one day I worked a total of 13.4 hours, that equals 1.4 hours of double pay, according to California law, correct? As I worked over 12 hours. Or is that 1.4 hour included along with the time and half pay?

I recently had my Internet disconnected, and decided to share my iPhone's Internet connection (tether) with my PC. Now, the iPhone connection works, but for some reason my PC prefers to use my original Internet connection thus no connection. The only way I can access the Internet is by going into adapter settings and disabling my router, but I do not want to do this as I have other computers on the network and I often share files.

So what can I do? I want to keep my router enabled, but don't want my PC to use it to access the Internet. Thanks.

My job is inside the airport, and up until now I've been taking public transportation to work. Well, I've heard that it's possible to park outside the employee parking lot on Main Street, and take a shuttle to work, thus not having to pay for parking.

My question is, where is the employee parking lot, or where is it I can park, and take the shuttle? Where is the shuttle bus stop? And how long does it run?

Tire of working for bum paychecks and wasting my days. I'm interested in getting a GED so I could go to a community college and then perhaps transfer to UCLA. But don't know how to get started? Any of you have a GED or know somebody who got it? What books did you study and for how long?

I was hired a couple weeks ago and did orientation a week ago. My understanding being I would receive my paycheck via direct deposit every Friday. Well, it is now friday next and there has yet to be any activity in my check account. Can any current or previous Kohl's employee let me know around what time the deposit is made? Thank you.

What's up, people? I'm 5"11 and weight a buck 50. I don't have much muscle and am not the type to lift the weights as I don't have any, nor a gym membership. I want to lose a good 5-6 inches off my 36 inch waist. My chest measures 36 inches. Junk food makes up at least 80% of my intake as I don't eat-in. I don't have it for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, but one junk food meal may consist of my entire intake for a day. I skip breakfast daily and dinner often. I don't do any exercise and the only walking I get in is at full-time job where I'm on my feet all day or when out shopping. Can anybody recommend any ideas on where to start accomplishing my goals? I do want to lose a good 5-6 inches off my waist, and would like to throw on some muscle if time permits.

Also, I'm sure I'll hear the obvious tips such as drinking 8 cups of water a day, getting in at least 30 minutes of exercise a day and such. Which I'll now try to regulate myself into, but would like any other tips you may have had success in on a previous diet if any.

And knowing that in 90 years or less you and everybody you know or wanted to know will be dead.

The kid was extremely skinny and now he's not exactly ripped, but a large improvement. Does anybody know if he has released a workout plan or if he simply uses steroid like 50 Cent?

I'll be watching a two year old in my family's house for a couple of weeks, and don't know what to pick up to have it ready. I'll be sure to pick up snacks and food, but what would you guys recommend? I've been thinking of some toys, but how much is enough? And what could I do to make the time pass by without getting boring or tense. Thanks.

I just pulled my old PC system out. It has a Gigabyte k8vm800m motherboard with a AMD Athlon 64 3200+ processor on board. The ram is poor, only 256mb. Everything is stock. I don't like the current display available at the moment, and would like to upgrade, but don't know where to start at all. Here are some options I've looked up on Amazon:

And with the gang thing. Nobody on here, unless related to Wayne, actually knows of Wayne's affiliation with gangs. And how would gang affiliation in any way affect his talent? If you don't like Wayne simply change the station or don't play it at all. I bet people are just pissed off that Young Money is all over the radio and on top of the game, and don't want to seem like they're posers or something by listening to it as well. Wayne must be doing something write to have all these people on his nuts, last artist to go platinum, sell out huge arenas such as MSG, constantly, and have his latest album on top of the iTunes charts in various countries.

I'm looking for a net-book with HDMI output solely for a media center. So far I've been looking at ASUS and Acer.The media center I'll be using is XBMC. I need something reliable and quiet. I'd also like to throw in that I won't want the lid to be open, but need the computer to stay on while the lid is closed. I've never owned a laptop or net-book, so I don't know how that works. I have a cable internet connection, and would like to buy a Wi-Fi router for use on my iPhone and a netbook, but don't know anything about Wi-Fi. So for I've been looking at the Cisco-Linksys WRT54G2, and the D-Link DIR-655. I want the best bang for the buck. Any recommendations, suggestions or thoughts?

I would like to add a TV series to Windows Media Center, but can't figure it how. The videos are in "AVI" format and Windows Media Center did read them once they were in the videos folder/library, but won't pick them up as TV show when I placed them in the Recorded TV folder. Any help?

You see white men outside Wal-Mart's asking for change, and went on to praise you by the lord whether you gave them money or not. You see minorities outside of Home Depot trying to find jobs for their bread and butter. I understand Caucasians are bad with drugs, but I'm starting to see white kids out here begging for money too. Why not help them get a job instead of giving them money? I hate how today's generation is so lazy, bums should just go to prison, at least they'll get a cold shower, hot meal, and a job inside. I'm sure many answers will result to racist comments, and ignorance, but it's plain fact, a majority of white bums are a complete waste of life.

What's make it worse is that whenever a black or Mexican homeless may come up to a white person, which has never happened to me, they see them and rush them away or hurry on as they may be scared, but they have the worst feeling when you pass the chance of helping a white bum. Why can't it be more like the Mexicans outside of Food 4 Less who at least try to sell bread, tamales or hot beverages? lol. The USA is just great, no wonder other countries love and respect us.
