I had a piece of jewellery engraved for a very special friend of mine quite a few years ago to say "A special friendship lasts forever" in Welsh, as my father and his family are Welsh and it meant allot to me. Anyway, the item has got lost and when I try to translate it again it looks different and has different words in it. He is now my husband and for out 2nd wedding Ann. I want to get it as a tattoo, but I need to know the correct translation (said from a woman to a man) please help if you can.

My friend has two dogs, one is a irish blue staff (1/2 pit bull) and the other is a German Shepard (full breed). They where caught the other day being... close and energetic shall we say, now the problem is they aren't sure how long they where doing it, and now the staff is looking a little extended round the abdomen.... So needless to say it looks like there gonna be parents, however what breed would they be? also has anyone ever had this combination before??

I work within a finance department dealing with cashing cheques and i've just wondered what all the banks do with the cheques? e.g. We cash a cheque for a customer, they get the cash we bank the cheque. Then once the bank has dealt with the cheque through it's normal clearance procedure, what happens to the cheque? Now I know that certain procedures are required for residual debt, like we need photocopies of the cheque etc etc etc, what do the banks do? Do they file and stack them away or do they shred them??

Please fill in the blank and let my mind rest.

Iv'e got a damp problem coming in from next doors vacent property, and she's admitted it's her problem and agreed to fix it, however she's putting it off and their's now white mould growing on the wall, I know it can cause bad health, but i'm only used to seeing black mould, so it this form worse or the same?? Also any suggestions of dealing with it until ig gets sorted??

Both me and my mum are on level 3 and we would like to know if it's possible to recommend a question to a contact for them to answer? My mum said while surfing she came across a question that I would be perfect to answer, but didn't know how to let me know, short of telling me what category, the question and the name of who posted it .... which is all to long winded, is it possible to either let the contact know, or recommend me to look at the question... please help.

Also if their isn't a way, why not?

I'm pretty new, but iv'e noticed I have 12 best answers, however when you go the more details on my profile it only shows me the last few questions I have answered and not the 'best answers' I have given. So how do I find that out please, I would like to know as I find it very interesting, and like to keep on top of my profile, and also read them again to understand more about the types of responses people like. Can you help??

I've answered over 100 questions and searched hundreds more in the past 2 days and can't find anyone using the star rating on any topic, apart from the ones I star. So does this mean know one is interested in anything anymore, or are you all too busy just asking stupid questions for the fun of it, (like this lol) or is it coz know one understands the rating????? I'm sure the genuine questions on here would appreciate more help by adding the rating..... wouldn't they??? What do you think?

I love learning new things, and have always loved biology etc, but how have scientists come to the conclusion that our hearing is the last thing to go when dying??????????

I hav a son, 4 in November and twin niece/nephew and i'm finding it increasingly hard to find things to do and places to go that are free! Don't get me wrong I have tried a lot of things but everyone seems to charge nowadays and even having to pay for the travel there is getting expensive as there is at least 7 of us when we do go. I like to get out of the house with them and we all like exploring new things but money is getting an issue, and I don't want the kids to suffer for it. Any ideas???

I have suffered with migrains since I was very young, and when approx. 15 I was perscribed beta-blockers, since then it's been a host of others like mefenamic acid and pain killers, but recently I was given anti-depresants. I was a little aprehensive, and not sure if i'm comfortable with taking them. Has anyone else been given them?
