  • I saw a show that talked about a CA auto restoration shop which puts rust bucket bodies on new chassis?

They leave the body as-is so it still looks like an old beater from the 40's & 50's.

I can't find any info out there. Anyone know who does that kind of work?

  • Why do so many of we Christians not read the entire Bible?

While nearly all read here and there and are familiar with the main themes most have never simply sat down to read it. (source coming) Why do you think this is? Could it be...

    * Laziness?

    * So much to learn, Intimidation of not knowing where to start?

    * Churches who milk feed new believers but don't actively foster study of the entire Bible?

    * The simple fact that people just do not read as much anymore?

    * The fear of social ostracism from friends and relatives (atheists and believers alike)?

    Other reasons?

  • Are Scientists worried about their profession?

Popular Science ran a story last month about the rash of scientists faking results of their experiments.

"...two percent of the scientists admitted to falsifying, modifying, or fabricating data at least once. Up to one third confessed to slightly less onerous cheats, such as failing to publish data that contradicted their previous conclusions. "

You combine that with earth shattering emails about the deliberate falsification and removal of contradictory data dealing with global warming reports used by the UN and other world leaders and my faith in the scientific community has been shaken to the core.

The article further states "The scientific community’s reaction to Fanelli’s paper was equally unsettling: A collective shrug. “Nobody challenged the findings,” "

Why is there not a movement to clean up the process. Why don't the REAL scientists rise up to stamp out this heresy of faking the evidence just to keep a grant?

  • Is it just me or do liberals not like it when their own tactics are used against them?

James O'Keefe used Saul Alinsky's "Rules for Radicals" as his instruction guide when deciding how to expose ACORN.

Suddenly, according to many at CNN and at places like the NYT and Washington Post this style of expose' is now racist and dishonest?

  • Military SciFi Suggestions?

I've become quite the fan of John Ringo's Posleen war series as well as Scalzi's "Old Man's War" war series and wondered if anyone else had some suggestions for similar titles?

  • I have heard that at many colleges you find the most atheists in the department of religious studies...?

I heard that on the radio the other day and I would be interested in your thoughts on this.

  • Why do atheists block christians?

The only people who I have ever known to block others are atheists.

Why just this morning I was blocked by Hitchen's Jr from their question...

    http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;_ylt=Ako0j...

"Don't you think it is funny that christians think they can answer to an omnipotent deity, yet they can't...?"

I think that if anyone would see my answer to you all I did was use their old questions as examples and evidence to back my answer.

Was this wrong in some way?

Why have they blocked me and now made all of their questions private?

Did I do something wrong? It's an honest question.

  • Ok, I just have to know - why so many questions on illegal downloading?

Downloading recent and current movies for free, like it or not, is illegal.

How come there are so many questions about it and why are folks so determined to cheap out?

Oh and whu doesn't YA do a better job of discouraging those type of questions?

    OK - Flame on!

  • Tips on marketing and selling my e-book using Clickbank?

I have written a book I would like to sell, at least initially, as an e-book aimed at rising college freshmen on how to be successful in college.

I have heard some good things about clickbank.com and was wondering if anyone had some advice for a non-tech author like me.
