There is a women whom I have known pretty much all my life. She is very messed up emotionally. She is probably the nicest person in the world, as she puts others feelings in front of her own. She would live in agony to keep someone else from feeling any pain. There are many obstacles in the way, but I truly care for her. I always have. I told her the other day, when we were in high school, I should have had the nerve back then to be with her. I had no idea she felt the same way. Now we are just in a rut, I feel her pain, but my hands are tied. Please no ignorant answers, as this is a very serious matter. Just some tips please. I know I sound goofy, but this has really taken me for a ride in my mind.

Is this a problem I can fix myself, or am I just wasting my time? It was less than 6 months old when it did this.
