I tell my mum like EVERYTHING. I say things to my mum that other people wouldn't dare ask their mum, however, I never tell her about boys.

I'm a 14 year old girl, go to an all girls school, but I am close friends with many guys from the all boys school across the road. My mum would not mind me in the slightest having a boyfriend, or boy mates at all for that matter, I just daren't tell her because I think it would be awkward! I don't have a boyfriend at the moment, but even if I'm just going into town with a few friends (some of which are boys) I just tell her I'm going with girls. She knows none of my boy mates and I wish she did because it would be so much easier and I could have all my friends over from time to time!

How do I at least introduce her to some of my friends, or let her know that I have boys who are friends without overwhelming her. She obviously knows I must have some connection with boys because pretty much every girl my age does, she just doesn't have a clue who! How do I break it to her?! I'm very scared of the awkwardness.

I love to spend time with this guy, the best personality from a guy I have EVER met and the best sense of humour ever! I would talk to him for hours without getting bored and I get so jealous when he talks to other girls:( he really really likes me more than friends but I don't like him like that because he's really horrible looking! I'm not a person who would just go on looks so don't for a second think I'm that sort of person, but of course you have to say yourself that looks in a boy does still matter, although personality matters more. We're both 14, he doesn't have bad features, he just a bit small and chubby. He will grow though (he's probably about 5"3) now. Maybe ill feel more attracted to him in a few years? I dunno? Help.

I'm 13 years old, 9 stone and 5"5 and I don't have a healthy diet, but a lot of people my age don't either; although I tend to eat a lot of salt. I get a fair bit of excerise.

I always used to urinate twice a day, for the past few days I have been urinating more often, in the last few hours I've gone 3 times! I haven't been drinking considerably more for me to be fully aware of it, however I had to drink 3 cups of water in a row at lunch time because I was so thirsty. A sign of diabetes is that you get dizzy and blackouts; I've had those for a couple of years and its mainly when I stand up too quickly. I've been getting really tired lately too, but this could be because I've been getting 5-6 hours sleep 5 days a week or even 6 and only get 10 hours one day.

Please don't scare me and say I have diabetes, I'm really really upset right now and I don't know what to do! Right now I've got a horrible horrible headache and my friend that has type 1 diabetes says that is one of the signs. AAAA I'm so upset:( HELP!

to be specific, im getting worse at the sport I'm best at; netball.

I have just come back from a match, I've played shooter for years and years (I'm 13) and I'm really good at it, now this is the second match I haven't scored ANY goals. I can't shoot anymore:(! And this match was for netball club I joined not so long ago, so I don't want them to think I'm as bad as I'm playing. I can get every shot in the hoop usually, or near all of them, but today and last week I must have got about 8 chances each time and DIDN'T SCORE ANY!

I was so upset on court I could feel a lump in my throat and my eyes were watering up when I started to realise how many I was missing. I don't want the team to think I'm really bad, because the rest of the players are really good, and I am as good as them! (Or, I suppose, used to be as good as them).

I've told people I'm having an off month, but as soon as I get into the car to go home, I just pour into tears. What do I do? I just don't want to play anymore :(

PS. I never cry, I'm really tough, the tears just came out though, ARGH!

I was just watching a programme and on it were two happily married transgender couples who were originally male but had had the full sex change to a woman. Obviously they are attracted to eachother, but what gender are they actually attracted to? Because if it was the male sex that they're attracted to, then they'd be with a man, yet if it's the female sex that they're attracted to, why have the gone with a female who was originally a man?

This question might be a little weird but I can't work it out! :(

Im 13 and my friend is 13 too. Basically I got good friends with a guy from my year, we texted ALL THE TIME and I know this sounds really horrible and I hate to say it but so many people in my year like me and this guy knew that if I seemed to be flirting with other boys, it meant nothing. Me and him got close and he told me he wanted to lose his virginity with me at 15 and told me his life plans with me! No WAY am I losing my virginity at 15 and no way am I going to have a future with him, im not planning that now?! Anyway, we got really close like I said and when we met at the cinema we were kissing a lot, I knew this probably gave him the sign I liked him but I didn't know if he liked me or not. The problem was, I didn't really like him like that, I just thought I did.

So, I ended up TELLING him I liked him, which was the biggest mistake ever, he told me he liked me too but I rejected when he asked me out :( he was curious why but I just said I didn't want a relationship at the moment. I stopped meeting up with him to maybe give him a hint I didn't like him, and always told him I was busy then we had a few arguments after that and he told me to just tell me if I didn't want to see him!

I felt even more awful and I was digging myself into a bigger hole so I decided in just going to have to tell him how I really felt and that I didn't like him. We fell out and didn't talkto eachother, I told him I was sorry and really tried to make him understand what I was saying; he eventually did and we were back best friends and closer than ever again:S..

After that, I did the stupidest thing, I told him I liked him, then when this other guy asked me if I liked the guy, I said NO! He eventually found out and asked me why I did it? We never talked about that since but now all our conversations are of us two telling eachother how much we hate eachother then we'll put 'i love you' to eachother. This is really messed up. Now, he won't text me back; not surprising lolzzzz, can someone help me on how to apologise to him? And please don't say I shouldn't have messed him around, I'm really sorry but I always felt bad turning people down but it always ends up in me leading them on :(

What do I say to him to help us build it back to JUST friends without him getting ideas? 10 points best answer! Xxx

I want to change it to a clear retainer for school in 5 weeks, I'll only do it once then I'll wait till it heals to change it again. Has anybody reading this got a helix piercing who can help and tell me if it will be okay to take out then and quickly change? It won't close up while I'm changing it will it? - and does it hurt to change it for the first time!? im scared I wont find the hole to put another earring back in.

I had my helix/cartalige pierced 2 days ago, so far everything Is good, it only hurts a little bit when I put pressure on it and it hasnt bled or pussed yet. I can't sleep on it yet though!

I had it done with a gun, so I know it'll take like double to the time to heal.

I'm taking good care of it but I'm going back to school in about 5 weeks, if it doesn't hurt by then, will I be able to take it out in the morning and put it back in at night? I have a stud in with a butterfly stud.

I don't want it to heal within the hours I'm at school though! I can wait longer if needed.

Basically this guy I met is like so lovely and nice and good looking too! But I don't see him as more than a friend because I can't be bothered with relationships right now as a first..
