  • What are some fun party line dances?

For example, "Wobble Baby" and "Cupid Shuffle". It doesn't matter if it's country music or any other style. I need at least 45 minutes worth of songs, so please feel free to suggest anything fun.

  • For anyone that has ever lost a baby: what is the most memorable thing someone did or said that helped you?

My brother-in-law and sister-in-law just had a baby on Tuesday. Full-term and was a perfect delivery, both were healthy. A few hours later, it was discovered the baby had a rare lung defect that only occurs after the baby is born. He was air-lifted to one of the best hospitals in the country but became an Angel yesterday. I know there is nothing I can do to make the pain go away, but what did someone do for you that really helped. It can be something they did or said. The rest of the family and eventually us will help out with their other children. It was so unexpected. We are all hurting but I wish I could do more. Any info. is appreciated.

  • How many dental hygienists can work under supervision of a dentist in Florida?

In other words...what is the ratio? For my state it is 1 dentist: 2 hygienists for any given day. I understand a dentist could hire enough to have a different hygienist every day of the week, but how many can be supervised working under him for the day. This is for a report, so please don't guess. Only educated answers if you don't mind. I have googled everywhere and can not find this answer. Thanks in advance!

  • Anyone having trouble convincing your child that they will like kindergarten?

My son will start kindergarten in two weeks. He hates the thought of going to school. He says all he will get to do is work, have to sit still, and not see his mommy when he wants. Let's face it some of this is true but I've tried everything to convince him things will be ok. We have even watched kindergarten lessons and plays on YouTube. He loves to watch these but still doesn't want to go. We have even visited the school. I am a former teacher and as bad as I hate to admit it, I'm out of ideas for him. I don't want him to hate school. He already knows all his abc's, the letter sounds, how to write his name, write a few sentences, and even read simple stories so it's not that he feels like he won't know how to

do things. Anyone experienced this? Most kids his age can't wait to start kindergarten. He is just he opposite.

  • For those of you that have taken the National Boards for Dental Hygiene...?

I was given the Dental Decks to use while studying for my boards next year. Did you find these very helpful or am I wasting my time mainly just studying them? Did you find anything more helpful? I only have enough money saved to take this exam once so I need to do my best the first time.

  • Stupid question but I gave my son a second dose of claritin 24 hr at the 22hour mark. Should I be worried?

Our normal routine is to take claritin at 6pm. Last night we were at a bday party and I gave it to him at 8pm. Then tonight without thinking about last night being later I gave it to him at 6pm. No mean comments please, it wasn't intentional and I am normally very good about stuff like this but does anyone know if there is something I should be worried about. I honestly think it's fine, just want another opinion. Thanks.

  • Anyone know of a reasonably priced photo editing program that will remove wrinkles?

I currently use picnik for basic editing but they are closing in April so I am researching now to find one. Please if you know of anything $100 or less that has airbrush and wrinkle remover please let me know. After 20 years my Mom will finally let me take pics of her now that I have found this tool. I know Photoshop CS5 is great but I can't afford that. Anyone know of a good one?

  • Anyone know of a reasonably priced photo editing software that contains wrinkle remover?

I currently just use picnik but they are going out of business. I don't need anything fancy but do like to play with lighting, colors, airbrushing, and wrinkle remover. Anyone know of anything like this that isn't too expensive? I mainly want it to have the wrinkle remover. My Mom actually lets me take photos of her now that I have found this tool.

I have a professor that has her batchelors in adult education and is considered an RDH, BS. Just wondering if this will apply to me too or if I will have take more classes to claim this status. Anyone have any info or know where I can find out?

  • What is your experience with relieving toddler eczema?

My 3 year old son has broken out on his chest, checks, thighs, and under his arms. I'm sure it's eczema because I've seen this rash before just not this much at one time. The weather here has been extremely cold and I think his skin just got over dry this week. What cuts the itch? I'm using Aveeno baby wash for eczema and Baby Eczema cream by Gentle Naturals. He is still itching badly. Cortizone cream on his thighs where it itches the worst didn't seem to help. Anyone have any remedies that really work or at least help?

  • Help me calculate what I need on my final to get an A in the class.?

I currently have a 96.8 in the class. The final is weighted 20% of my grade. The other 80% from the 96.8 equals 77.45%. I know it should be 15.55% to get a 93% so what grade should I need to make? A 93 is an A at my school. Thanks!!!

    96.8 x .8 = 77.45%

    93.00% - 77.45% = 15.55%

  • All current dental hygienists please answer...?

I have just finished all my pre-classes for the dental hygiene program and am ready to begin. This is a career change for me so I just want to make sure I'm making the right choice. Can you answer a few questions...

    1. Did you have trouble finding a job?

    2. Does your neck or wrists hurt like the web implies or are you fine?

    3. Do you enjoy your job?

Thanks in advance. I'm at the point I can still change to something else but I think I will really like this profession.

  • How long did it take your child's immunity to build up after starting preschool?

I am going back to college and have just had to put our son in preschool. He is 3 and has only been sick 2 times since he was born. I have always been at home with him up until now. He just started last Monday and only goes 3 days a week; Mon., Wed. and Fri. After Wednesday he began getting his first really bad cold. We kept him home on Friday. I want to know how long it took your child to build up a tolerance to all the germs so they stopped getting every little cold that came through or at least quit walking around with a runny nose and cough. Thanks in advance.

  • Inspiron 1521 Dell Laptop's screen has just started to go dim constantly.?

I have a Dell Inspiron 1521 Laptop. The screen has just started to go dim constantly. When I first turn it on it is bright, but within 3 to 4 minutes it goes dim like it does when you unplug it from the power cord and don't use the Function, increase brightness keys. Does this mean my backlight is going bad? If so does anyone know how much it costs to have fixed? I just got it in January 2008 if that helps.
