  • SBC 355 oil on spark plugs?

I recently replaced the valve seals on my 1970 350 (Bored to 355) with 441 heads. I reseated the valves and put new O-rings on the valves. But there still seems to be oil getting into the cylinders, the engine starts running rough when it warms up and smoke doesn't start coming out heavy until it warms up. I'm thinking to replace the valve seals with umbrella or a positive seals .I don't think its the pistons rings because I have good compressions and the pistons walls still have the hone cross hatch on them. There's no uneven wearing that I can see. I wanted to see what peoples opinions are on what to do or maybe there is something that I am missing when putting the heads back together. If some has a suggestion on what seals to get and what the diameter of the valve guide is.

  • Engine off brakes are firm, engine on brake pedal goes to the floor with ease?

A couple of days ago I changed out my brakes on my 2001 grand am gt. I replaced all the rotors with slotted and drill rotors and all the pads with ceramic pads. I also put in all new (remanufactured) calipers, because one was sticking so I just did them all. I bled the brakes until all new fluid was coming through each caliper paying close attention to not let the MC get below the min. line. I have great pressure when the engine is off, there is no loss of pressure there. But when the engine is on the pedal goes down to about 2in off the floor. How could this be?

  • What is wrong with my suspension?

I have a 1970 Chevy k10 that has been sitting in the woods for 17 years. When i got it in my shed i realized that one side of the bed was sitting an inch lower to the axle than the other side. The leaf springs look to be in alright condition. Can someone tell me what some possible problems are?

    Thanks
