  • Bought a mattress, came home and took it out and on the side it says "USED"?

What do I do when I go to a place that stated that they were going out of business and all mattresses are 70-80%off I buy one and I take it home and on the side it has a sticker that says this "Secondhand mattress has been sterilized". I asked the guy at the store is this a used mattress and he said "of course not" I contacted the place and they said there is nothing I can do. They won't give me any information about thier company so is it possible to file a police report so I can get his information to take him to small claims court?

  • Down comforter is attacking?

I have a pottery barn down comforter. I assumed that it would be a good one when I bought it but everytime I go to bed I wake up and I am covered in feathers. I have checked the seems to make sure there isn't a hole and there isn't but my room is covered in feathers and I was wondering if anyone out there had the same issue or if anyone knows how to fix the issue and btw I do have a duvet cover on it.

  • How to get back a relinquished dog?

I sold a puppy to a lady and she signed a contract with me stating that if for any reason she could no longer keep the dog she would return her to her original owners (myself). This past weekend something happened to the puppy and she took her to the vet. And like most vets they told her it would be thousands of dollars to get this dog back to normal and she might not ever get better because they said that she broke her back. So she decided that she would just euthanize instead of having the puppy suffer forever. When they went back to sedate the puppy for euthansia the puppy was walking around so they said that she doesn't need to be euthanized she just needs to be watched and they said it would be best if she just gave her over to them to take care of her so she wasn't thinking and signed her over to them and then the vet gave her to one of thier employees. The dog is no longer at the vet but the girl who has her works for the vet. How do I go about getting the dog since she should have never signed her over to the vet in the first place. She breeched her contract with me! And now the vet is trying to intimidate me by telling me it is going to be thousands of dollars to get her back and I believe that they are trying to rip me off. What do I do??

    Additional Details

I did notify the vet and they are telling me that I can not have the dog. She relinquished her rights to the dog, mind you she was beyond histerical and they were telling her it was the only way, and then they adopted it to the girl who works there and the puppy isn't even at the vet anymore. It is well enough to be at her house and not in the hospital like the vet told the lady i sold the puppy to.

I also have pictures of all 7 puppies from birth and up. I am insane with pictures and have like 20 of each dog and I have the mommy.
