  • Why can't I wear flats of any sort without them rubbing my heels raw and making them bleed?

I'm almost thirty, and my shoe of choice is sneakers, but seeing as they aren't the most professional, I want to wear flats, but every single pair of flats I wear, they rub my heels raw, until they make a big sore, and start bleeding. High heels are out of the question, I have too many ankle problems.

  • Need natural remedy for adult acne?

I am so very tired of having acne at this point in time in my life. I'm 28 and I'm still having breakouts, worse than when I was a teenager. I haven't changed my lifestyle, eating habits or anything like that. I would very much like to find a natural cleansing system, that's not outrageously priced. I've tried Dr. Hauschka products, and they did nothing for me. I've bounced around so many products it'll make your head spin. Any help that can be offered would be tremendous.

  • Need help finding "Sacrifice" song?

I heard this song at a Burlesque show the other evening, I know the chorus did have "sacrifice" in it. I can't find that song. It's not Sinead O'Connor, it's not Bjork, it's definitely a female singing, I want to say it's like 90s ish, I've heard the song before, it has kind of a Middle-Eastern beat to it. If anyone knows who sings this song and what the song itself is called, I would be most appreciative!

  • Any suggestions for some instrumentals?

I'm just looking for some decent instrumentalist artists/albums. I just started back to school, and I'm finding that while I love the music I have, the vocals are terribly distracting. I'm huge into like Tool, NIN, I also love Mumford and Sons and Florence and the Machine, I'm kind of all over the board in my music interests actually. I, however, do not like trance or dubstep, like almost at all. Any thing you can offer is great, thank you!

  • I'm in need of some iPod/iTunes help?

So, on my work computer, I had downloaded iTunes, and I synched my iPod to it. Well, a virus got downloaded to the computer, and it deleted all my iTunes stuff. My iPod is good, but I would very much like to download some more music to this iPod. iTunes recognizes the device and it still has all the music I had before. Is there a way to download more music to this iPod without completely erasing everything else I had on there?

  • Any tattoo professionals out there who can help me with a question?

I have many tattoos, including a sleeve (on the inside of my arm, but it goes the full length), and a giant poppy piece on my chest, that does hit my collar bone. I recently inquired at a tattoo shop about getting a small morning glory tattooed behind each of my ears, but they declined saying that because I don't have a full sleeve, they don't want to hinder my job opportunities by doing a neck tat. I can understand and appreciate that, but at the same time, it's not technically on my neck, it's behind my ear, a place that is easily hidden by my hair. And I feel like I have enough ink to qualify as not a pansy. It's not like I have a small butterfly on my back and I want a full out neck tat. So what gives? Any places you know of in the Denver area that would be willing to accomodate my request?

  • Will my car be ok if I only replace the 2 rear tires on a 4X4?

I have a 2000 Toyota RAV4, and it is all time 4X4. I am solid broke, and can only afford to replace 2 tires at this time, and it has to be done, as one of the rear tires is continually going flat. Is my whole drivetrain going to get seriously messed up if I do 2 tires now, then 2 tires my next pay period?

  • If I want to start reading the comic "Thor", what is the best starting point?

I didn't get into comics much when I was little, but now I am more interested than ever, and I want to start at the right point, from the beginning. There are so many variations on Thor, I just want to make sure I'm at the right starting point.

  • Knitting pattern help?

I'm working on a shrug pattern, and it says this:

"RS) Inc 1 st each side this row, then every 5 rows 23 (26) times 90 (100) sts; place a marker (pm) each side for end of Sleeves".

So, I take that as meaning I increase one each side on the first row, and then increase one each side every five rows, and I'm making the larger size in parenthesis, so I would do stockinette for 100 rows? Is this the correct interpretation?

    Thanx much!

  • How do I heal an ear rip?

So I decided to stretch my ears from 2 to 0. It has been at least 3 months since I stretched from 4 to 2, and that stretch was absolutely fine. I took all of the precautions, I took a hot shower, I used lubricant, but needless to say it didn't go well. I have taken out the tapers, and I have been cleaning obsessively. I would at least like to get back to 2, and once the time is right, attempt to get to 0. What do I need to do to help facilitate the process? Thank you.

  • Is it safe to gauge from 2 gauge to 00 gauge?

I have my ears gauged to 2 gauge right now, and I was told that you should only go one step at a time once you get to the larger gauges, but I couldn't imagine that the difference from 0 to 00 is huge. When I gauged to 2, it was nothing at all. Thank you!

  • Is there anything out there similar to?

The Dead Weather? I just started listening to them, and I love the whole bluesy-thing. (yeah, that wording sucks, but I can't think of any other words to describe it) Thank You in advance, R&P!

  • R&P What is your favorite song about....?

S-E-X, the dirty deed, the horizontal mambo, you know what I'm talking about.

MQ: What is the the oddest place you have done the dirty deed? Please no graphic details, let's try to keep it at least PG-13-ish, folks.
