people regulate the second ammendment and interpret it, but nobody touches the first ammendment what if someone said there was a waiting period on what you could say, also they tell people that they dont need to own 40 guns, which you problly dont, but the government shouldnt tell you what you need or dont need if you have the money and its yours you can buy what how many guns you wnat whether you need them or not

Like denied the right to healthcare or to have a job. So many people say this like rights are something people give to you, and it drives me insane. Rights are something you are born with, and somebody can infringe upon it, and give you consequences for exersizing your rights, but they cant be taken away. only infringed. Everybody thinks rights are something society creates, but society is really supposed to protect your rights not create them. If a government or person can give you your rights they can take them away.

It is hardly too strong to say that the constitution was made to guard the people against the dangers of good intentions. There are men in all ages who mean to govern well, but THEY MEAN TO GOVERN. They promise to be good masters, BUT THEY MEAN TO BE MASTERS.
