I have a design / build firm in Tucson AZ - Natural Pools & Gardens, Inc. We specialize in the complete outdoor living space, most ofter comprised of one or more of the following, whether new, renovated or a combination: Swimming Pools - Spas - Fountains - Watergardens - Landscaping - Landscape Pest Control - Things that other companies do not want to do, like weird structural repairs, ponds on the second floor of buildings and the like. I have been doing this since 1972 with my natural mechanical abilities allowing me to experience creations and repairs that others would never get a chance to. Our store is focused the watergarden and hydroponic markets. We travel wherever our clients want us - the furthest so far was outside Chicago to fix a leaky 16 foot diameter fountain on the second floor of a retirement home. It leaked right into the kitchen below. I love a challenge and to boldly go where no man has gone before, to coin a phrase.. naturalpoolsandgardens.com
I need to make square holes for carriage bolts?
I have a few chipper / shredders and I want to make some add-on modifications. Using carriage bolts would allow dis-assembly, as the constant flow of material and aggregate tears up bolt heads, threads, etc. I might even hardface the bolt heads if they wear too fast.
Most holes would be in 14-16 gauge material, but one critical set of holes goes into 3/16.

3 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs9 years agoHaving a connection problem w/ my GE cooktop. Model, J U655 004AD 2T831959C has controls in the face of vent?
Taking it apart, I have power to the overhead switches, down through the plug connector on the side of the cooktop. Tested all four and each pair of conductors on the male feed side work. As well, the corresponding 4 female receptcle conductors in the plug and have continuity with an element, and continuity with each side when the element is removed.
the problem is when the plug is mated and the cooktop in place, we still have no power to the small, left front element receptacle. My only thought is when things are apart, juice and continuity are OK, when mated and put into place, something moves and makes a break - doesn't sound safe.
Any ideas?
Thanks
1 AnswerMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoI want to rent or buy a used grape crusher - destemmer. I live in Tucson, but travel to the Phoenix area.?
It doesn't have to be the electric model - I only have a crop of 200 lbs of grapes
2 AnswersBeer, Wine & Spirits1 decade agoLooking for a Zinfandel grape plant?
I live in Tucson and have had great success with Red Flame, as both an eating grape, and, laugh if you will, a wine grape.
I've been told blending the two would make a great wine.
I'd love to acquire a Zinfandel plant or two- the bigger the better.
I can handle the transplanting - I'd love to get grapes next year.
