...you've gotten very far into writing a book and you realize you've made a load of mistakes that could bring the whole construct caving in on itself?

Theists, if a god came to you and gave you evidence of its existence, and it wasn't the god you were worshiping all this time, what would be your reaction?

Atheists, if any god gave you proof of its existence, what would be your reaction?

...and die of a ventricular fibrillation, would they be able to tell in an autopsy? How? Would they be able to tell that it was the electricity that caused the fibrillation?

Religiously speaking, non-religiously speaking. What do you find to be the most ridiculous claim you've heard someone make?

Well, I've heard a couple

1) White people originated in the United States

2) Hurricane Katrina was created by a secret government weather machine. It gets even worse: some even claim it was made because Bush was racist and decided to aim it for Louisiana as such.

I don't believe in any gods, but hypothetically speaking:

Do you believe that your deity is appeased any time that gay rights are voted down? Why would that matter to him/her? Do you think he/she would rather you spend your time exalting him/her, or feeding the hungry and clothing the poor?

I'm not asking this question to be accusatory. I know it sounds that way, but that last question is one that pops up every time someone shows a sign of pride that gay rights have been voted down somewhere again.

This is not a cynical bid to poke and prod and make fun of you. I'm just curious. Post away.

I've always thought something like j33z0r.

My fiancee and I have been on Weight Watchers off and on. I've noticed that even though popped popcorn has lower fat/calories and all that, it seems like a lot of Weight Watcher sites judge popcorn based on the unpopped section.

I know why unpopped popcorn is more, but I'm wondering:

Do I base my points on the popped section, as do most sites, or the unpopped?

I have Pop Secret Homestyle, which is something like 2 points a bag popped, but 4 pointed unpopped.
