okay..Today I was meditating and was indeed in a deep meditation... i was focusing on my breathe then suddenly my breathe was shallow and not under my control.. i was aware of my breathe but it was not under my control...very short breathes.. it was very relaxing though.... and the interesting thing is that i had meditated for 46 min but it just felt like 15 minutes .. i had no track of time.... am I doing it wrong???

I just watched a movie based on astral travelling ... I ayso want to try it ... can anyone tell me how to do it .. if it can be done ... and what are the risks ... can we be detached from our body forever

Okay i just had my surgery and i am in the hospital .. doctors said that i would be discharged next week ... and the thing is that I am too scared to stay in the hospital because i just feel a kin of negative energy all around me... and I heard that hospitals are haunted because many people die here... what should i do ... i am even scared to go to the bathrooom .. how am i going to spend a whole week here... PLs HELP!!!!!
