Has anyone contracted with Arise to work at home?
Are they a legitimate company?
Did you have success working through them?
2 AnswersSmall Business1 decade agoWho has teenagers? How do you keep track of them in the summer?
Seriously, I lost my son tonight. He is 13. It scared me to death and he thinks I am just being way to overprotective. I told him to be home before it got dark from the skate park. About 1/2 hour after it was already dark I got on my daughter's beach cruiser and went to look for him. Couldn't find him anywhere, he wasn't at his "normal" friends houses. At this point it is pitch black outside and I am panicking! I am a mom, I can't help it! After about another hour I finally track him down at a friends that he usually doesn't go to. He says that he called and left me a message, He didn't. I have no message from him. So then he says that he did call, I didn't get the call though it's not on my log and hence all of the drama! I grounded him this weekend, but I don't want this "scenario" to happen again. Any suggestions from people who have had these same issues with teenagers I would really appreciate it.
7 AnswersAdolescent1 decade agoI am at my wits end with my son. He is almost 10 and still wet's the bed!!!! Please help me!?
I have tried everything. No water after 7 pm, taking him before I go to sleep, Night time diapers (he just uses that one as a crutch), talked to the doctor more than once, I even got a pee alarm (he sleeps through it!) I can't take it anymore! He just sleeps so soundly and doesn't feel it. Any suggestions? Don't get me wrong I love him to death, I just am tired of cleaning up pee!
13 AnswersGrade-Schooler1 decade agoIf you paid a family member a good salary and a car payment per month could you consider them an empoyee?
We paid my sister in law six hundred dollars a month plus a nice car payment to help my husband who was overwhelmed with their investment business. When the investment buisness started going stagnant because of the laws that changed etc...he couldn't pay her anymore and now she is very upset with us because we "treated her like an employee!" Am I crazy or isn't it o.k. to call her here and there and ask her to do things for you when you are paying her a monthly salary for VERY little work done. She only really worked hard for one week when we moved and the rest of the time for months and months. Thousands of dollars paid to her, she really didn't do much to earn the money. But, my husband felt bad because they were bad off financially and so he kept paying her. NOW SHE IS MAD AT US???? Am I crazy or is she right?????Please help me thanks
