I am trying to find a salsa recipe that will come out a similar thickness and flavour to Old El Paso or Discovery brands that would be found in supermarkets. I'll be using it in recipes, not with crisps so I'd like the 'saucy' consistancy. Also wondering if I made a big batch, could I freeze it?

I have transitioned to vegetarian and have bought some firm tofu but don't have a clue what to do with it. (I DON'T like chinese, indian, thai food). Also if there are any tofu recipes for "starters" that will hide the tofu (for my husband). Thanks!

To simplify it... in an example where a spreadsheet has 1, 2, & 3 codes which represents

1 = 2 visits

2 = 4 visits

3 = 8 visits

is there a formula where I can make a new columnn which willautomaticallyly include how many visits there are. Perhaps something like a VLOOKUP where is imports the new value from another table?
