Last night I was reaching way way far back into the top cabinet for some cups that were basically out of reach. While stretching I heard and felt something pop in the front part of my shoulder / Arm. It scared me but I felt no pain until about an hour later. while in bed, my shoulder / arm hurt so bad that I couldn't sleep. I got out and started to walk around and i realized that if I lifted my arm up past like the middle of my stomach, I would get the sweats and feel sick to my stomach. It feels even worse when I raise my arm while my arm is fully extended. The feeling is if something needs to be popped back in place or back in socket. I half expecting to hear another pop again and for the pain to stop but I don't think that is going to happen. The pain is focused in the front part of my shoulder, right where I would say my arm meets the shoulder. My fingers are kind of numb as well.

Obviously if the pain does not go away within a few days I will go to the doctors, but does this sound familiar to anyone else?

When they say a group of policemen fire and outrageous amount of bullets, but it's because they are all following the other officers that are still firing. It's something like mutual ______. It's like a state of mind the cops get in because the hear gunshots and no one stops until they hear other officers stop. There is a physiological name the police have for this. Anyone know it?

BTW this IS NOT a question whether you think cops are good or bad so save the opinion answers ...I just want to know the name.

I have a button on my website that I want, when scrolled over to pop out a image below it. I do not want to use flash..I want to use javascript...jquery ok too. something like "ddslick" which I can't figure out how to implement. Any links for me?

Like they will have a picture of an eye for "I" and picture of a doughnut for "do not" and sometimes they have a picture then a "+ E" behind it. and the all make up a phase or saying you have to solve.

Before everyone tells me I'm crazy...My sub-woofer accepts only a "vga" 9 pin connector as an input. I know that VGA has nothing to do with audio but this is the connection that creative labs decided to use on this sub to work with the control unit. Now I don't want to use this control unit...I want to use it with my home theater receive because this sub is actually quite good. What I'm looking for is a vga to digital audio coaxial converter. Do these animals even exist or do I need to figure out what each pin does and make my own. Any links would be...um...helpful.

OK...so I need to make a PDF form and make it printable. Both I know how to do, but this time the form is going to have to print on special carbon copy paper, so...I will need the form to look exactly like the hard form on screen but then when it prints out....just print the filled fields. Anyone have a link or give any advice? BTW I'm using acrobat X pro (not using lifecycle)

I'm building my own indoor wall fountain...it has a basin that needs to be water proof. What should I line the basin with for the water to sit in? I've seen pond liner and it seems like that would work but it's really thick and it only comes in sizes to build a big pond. Are there any other substitutes that would work?

I have a 64 gallon tub that is filled with a 9:1 ration of water to bleach...whats the proper way to dispose of it?...will the beach eventually break down in a week or so, so that i can safely put it down the storm drain....FYI its too big to bring in the house and put down the drain.

I need to put a small sized popup window on my website for a sign-up form. What would be the best way to do this now-a-days. PHP or Javascript? My server doesnt run ASP. If anyone can link a good up-to-date script or code I could base this on...that would be great!

I was Dx-ed with Moderate Plaque Psoriasis and Psorotic Arthritis with nail dystrophy back in 2006. It eventually got to the point I was put on Enbrel because the pain in my extreme lower back was so bad I couldn't get out of bed in the mornings and my fingernails came off. I did great on the Enbrel till January of 2010 when I developed HPV legions. I've had colorectal surgery 3 times since then and because Enbrel really hurts your immune system, they are asking me to not take it any more so the virus can clear itself. Now I'm stuck not only with the pain of the virus (its in a very bad place for pain) but also the seizing pain from my PA. I've noticed that when I'm recovering from surgery I can't take my Enbrel but they give me medication for the pain of the procedure recovery. I've noticed that this medication also greatly improves my PA pain and I feel like a can lead a semi productive life again. Do you think it would be reasonable to seek help for my pain while I'm off my medication for PA? Since I've had this surgery 3 times I've become a bit resistant to the medication and I do have minor withdrawals when I stop taking the pills. I would rate my daily pain right now as about an 8 out of 10...around the same pain level as when I had gout. It's always a very difficult topic to bring up to my doctor as I have some weird guilt about asking for narcotics and I don't know why because I generally feel I need help and I don't abuse medications. What would be a good way for me to bring this up? Not looking to justify my decision...just looking for an honest opinion from someone in the medical field.

I don't have much exp with action scripting and I need some help. I have an animation with a few tweens then I want the animation to stop and become a "static" page with buttons with hyper links...problem is when I use the "stop()" command it also causes me buttons to stop working? I know I had a problem like this before and I solved it, but I can't figure it out this time.

My xbox360 elite's dvd drive has the "reading...open tray" error. I've been using the controller bang trick for about 4 months now but its officially doesn't work anymore. I don't want to give my xbox to microsoft because its out of warranty and i don't want to be without it for 2-3 weeks. It makes sense for me to upgrade to the new model but the 4gb is WAY to small and the 250gb is WAY to big and expensive. I only need an 8 or 16gb but they know that and don't make it...also don't want to go through all the transferring of game lics.

So my questions is this...how difficult is changing out the dvd drive and repairing myself...i'd be fine with the physical swap out, I'm just more concerned about retrieving the DVDkey and flashing the new drive. I don't know what kind of connections I need and what programs I need to use. Also, if my drive wont read discs can I still retrieve the DVDkey. Really is it worth it all or should I just break down and spend $300 for a new 250gb?

I mean they smell so nice at night but I can barely smell them during the day...does it have something to do with dew?

Every year in between spring and summer I get this sickness that lasts 8-10 days with 2 weeks more annoying recovery issues. Its a weird mix of symptoms, but it always involves (usually in this order) an infectious/inflammation feeling behind my nose, congestion, tonsil swelling,sore throat, very sore chest with very pain full cough, very thick phlegm. The last step is usually a lingering cough and post nasal drip and sinus pain for another week so so.

I also know its contagious, because I spread it to my fiancee this year and she said it was the worst sickness shes ever had. I've had colds, they usually last 2 days, this is different but I don't think its the flu because my stomach is fine and I don't really have a fever. Def. feel aches more than usual. maybe RSV? I'm a 34 y/o male on Enbrel (although I got this sickness in the past before I started Enbrel).

I need a screen with frame to replace to storm glass thats in my front door. I guess there are different sizes and such. I tried to look on home depots website but I could seem to find them as a whole piece...just screen material, or the door as a whole set...i just need the screen insert piece...Can some one give me a hyperlink just to what i need? This is silly...I don't know why this is so hard for me.

I live in the right on the meadowland reserve in North NJ (all jersey jokes aside). Last night around midnight I saw an animal that I never saw before. I stepped out side around into the pitch black and about 10 feet away I saw an animal with his head stuck up a drain pipe from the gutter...i assume getting water. Now we have tons of skunks, possums, raccoons, moles and woodchucks...even the occasional red fox. But after I got my flash light it was nothing I recognized. It was moving real slowly and it was bigger than a skunk, smaller than a large raccoon. It was all black except for a 2 inch withe patch on his head...not vertical like you would normally see on a skunk but the other way...almost exactly like what a honey badgers head looks like, but its jaw was smaller and the whit patch stopped on his head and didn't go down the length of his body. When I finally scared it away with the flash light (which was very hard!) I was surprised to see he had no tail! Just a pinkish lump or bulb where his tail should be, his rear end seemed really bloated and swollen. Also his legs were much longer than that skunks we see around here and he walked bow-legged. I don't think it was rabid because it looked like it was drinking water out of the drain pipe. Do you thin this was a different kind of skunk that had an injury or other animal that I don't know about...any thoughts? BTW i didn't smell anything unusual other than the dirty smell of a wild animal. The way it walk reminded me of a porcupine.

Not that I want to do any of this but I have a question....If you burn the Koran you will lose your job with New Jersey Transit, yet if you burn the u.s. flag you will get the full support of a L.A. state university? So these colleges are teach you how to lose your job?
