(a) 2a + c I've answered this -9 is this correct?

(b) 4(a + b + c) I've answered this -16. Is this correct?

He uses the formula P= 7n - 125 to calculate his profit (where P is the profit and n is the number of tickets sold.

(a) What is his profit if he sells 54 tickets?

(b) Make n the subject of the formula.

(c) How many tickets did he sell if his profit was £442?

Can someone please help me with that I'm gonna be asked similar questions in an exam soon and these type of questions are very difficult.

Hey all sorry if this is a dumb question but i'm gonna sit my gcse's having left school without maths back in the day so my maths acumen is rusty to say the least. Ok two questions really

Secondly i'm practising some basic division and worked out 60/48 to be 1 r 12 then i checked it out on the calculator and its telling me 1.25. Am i being a complete fool why is this?

I left the uk ten years ago for work i am now returning for a short term work contract having not paid tax in the uk for ten years now i was just wondering what should i do now with the tax office do i need to fill in any forms or what should i do i am only returning for a few weeks and need to know how i should go about paying my tax

Trying to install labtec webcam i have the drivers installed but every time i plug it in the hardware wizard keeps opening so i go through the motions following instructions but it tells me cant find drivers will not operate correctly, I also installed the software for the cam but again when i plug it in wizard opens again. tried it in another pc and works fine. i uninstalled the drivers and used wizard to search for them i know their location but the wizard cant find them. they are in an exe file on desktop and the wizard wont show this on the list when browsing manually. Am i doing something wrong. Any help very much appreciated. Regards.

Just wanting to know a few things about a back boiler on an open fire place. Firstly i recently moved into a property with a back boiler on fire place it hasn't been lit in 2 years i just want to know if it would still contain water or is there a vave or something i should turn to fill it? Secondly if it should start to leak where can i cut its water supply off or is it even possible to do so? Any advice much appriceated. Thanks.....

Hey all! I shot some cool footage recently of a crazy protest at sea i had my digital compact with me and filmed it as i was lucky to see such a bizarre spectacle. The footage is fairly clear but i would like to make it a bit better does anyone know if its possible to sharpen the footage, and if so how can i do it. The video file is in avi. A lot of pundit's, people, friend's ect say the english premiere league is the best in the world. But would it really be if the foreign transfer market was scrapped.
