If I were driving a rental car but it wasn't registered in my name but a relative's, would I get fined or worse?

I recently got pulled over by the coppers and they took 3 demerit points off me. The car is registered under my dad's name and wanted to know if he is affected by it in anyway, e.g demerits.

I want to put video on to my computer from my video camera, which is Sony. The video is on cassette, I have software to transfer it, but it doesn't work. And it keeps asking me to download macromedia flash player, and after I do nothing happens. Anyone have experience with this?

I have a nokia 6680 and use a program (Nokia Pc suite) to put stuff on my phone. So when I go and put videos on my phone, the program converts and everything, asking if I want it mobile optimized. But when it's on my phone, the screen stays black but the sound of the vid can be heard. What do i have to do.
