The weather in the midwest is continually sucking. Am I the only one to notice the giant spinning cyclone on the radar? It's just slowly rotating east over Missouri right now (about the size of the state) throwing out bad weather east of it like a ninja star. WTF?! TV reporters aren't even acknowledging it. It's the weirdest looking low pressure cell I've ever seen, besides that of May 8, 2009.

Does anyone have any thoughts or knowledge to share?

I am wanting to link a dvr (internet compatible) to a broadband router in a different room. To avoid running wires through walls and ceilings, I had the idea of buying two simple networking access points (basic antennas) to plug in--one in the dvr and one in the broadband router. Simple access points don't tend to need much software, so I was wondering if they could make an "invisible" cable without a lot of hassle. Has anyone tried this?

I have some ideas on converting my gas truck to an electric truck. I have ideas on recharging the batteries and hooking electric motors to the transmission, but how big of a motor do you think it would take? I'm planning on using two.
