In the past year, I've gained over 60 lbs. I've tried to eat healthier and work out, on top of being regularly active but I continue to gain. I've recently gotten off of depo and my doctor did check my thyroid. 2 days ago, I was prescribed Belviq after we discovered that Phentermine does not work for me.

I'm 5'2 and 167 lbs. Help me please.

My daughter is now 4 years old, her biological father hasn't been in her life for 3 years now. My boyfriend has been there since a month after her ''sperm donor'' stepped out and is who she believes is her father. My daughter became a big sister 21 days ago and is now asking why her and her sister's lastnames aren't the same and tells me she wants the same one as her sister. My question is... is there anyway I can change my older child's lastname to my boyfriends lastname? Getting married right now isn't an option.

First off, I have a 3 year old child. After the birth I had a mirena inserted, recently I had it removed, November 19th to be exact. I was immediately told to start the birth control pill Portia. Now for the last 3 days ive been having a clear snot like discharge when I wipe after going to the bathroom. It's got no smell and no color, it is stringy and stretchy and there's a pretty good amount. Also, I got an STD and HIV screening the day I got it removed so I know Im clean. Any ideas on what it's from?
