I'm a 17 year old girl, 5'1", around 125 pounds. I don't feel that i'm fat or extremely overweight, but over the summer I've been wanting to tone up and look good going into my senior year of high school. I'm athletic and am active the majority of the week playing softball and walking my dogs every morning. If I'm looking to mostly tone and get in shape and am willilng to try my hardest, do you think that Insanity would be a good workout for me. I've also been thinking about Fluidity, which is completely different, but I'm not sure which I should try. Thoughts and opinions please

Is it true OR false that when movies include "rain" scenes they actually use milk instead of water because apparently the water can't be seen on the camera...

Recently I have been told that if a girl were to shave her under arms too much they get darker. Is this true or false?? If possible please supply an informative answer rather than just true or false. Thanks so much!!

I have prom in A WEEK and yesterday a cold sore appeared on my right side of my lower/upper lip right in the crease. Right now it hurts to open my mouth all that wide and I was finally able to track down some Abreva to begin applying it. Are there any other tips that I can follow in order for the process of it being treated and begin to go away...for now. Any help is appreciated, THANKS!!

it was my birthday this past friday on the 1st and my friend wants to get together tomorrow to celebrate. We live in Cincinnati and it's scheduled to have thunderstorms and rain =(

I have a 2 year-old female havanese who is spayed. I love her to death, but she has one major problem that makes her extremely unattractive to strangers. She has agression towards other dogs when she has something that she believes is "her's". Especially, with food. I have attempted countless times the technique of taking whatever food or object she has at the time away when she shows even the slightest growl and do not return it to her until she stops. I almost believe that this has now begun an attitude towards me as well because she knows she will get it taken away by me. Therefore, instead of learning not to grumble at our other dogs she now does it more and towards or someone else who is trying to correct her. She has never bitten any human up to this point, but has snapped at our youngest mini schnauzer twice (she's just under 6 months). I love her to death but wish there was something that I could do to rid her of this habit...ANY IDEAS!!??

btw: since getting the schnauzer we now close her in her crate while she eats to create a safer enviroment for the other dogs

To raise money for my school's art department, my art teacher has asked for some of her students to decorate cowbells to eventually be auctioned off and hopefully be used as sporting games. My problem is that I can't think of a design to go by.

Since Thursday of last week (February 24th) I can't talk normally, like I "have a frog in my throat". It is now Monday the 28th and it hasn't gotten noticeably any better. One nostril of my nose has drainage and can become clogged throughout the day, I have been coughing. The coughs have been both dry and mucusy. Also, what I find weird is that my throat really doesn't hurt all that much, it only flares up if I have had a coughing fit. Lastly, starting yesterday my head has started to feel congested and sometimes brings on a headache...What do YOU think I have??

NO i do not eat it, but have noticed before and don't pretend like you haven't. But please don't give me bull answers

I'm 16 now, but will be turning 17 in a few months. BUT I still like to watch little kid shows, Arthur mostly. Some of my friends make fun of me for it, but I just find the show entertaining and don't seem to find it as childish as some other shows. Therefore, based on this information, do you think I am weird for liking and still watching some of these "baby" shows??

It's almost ten o'clock where I live, but I'm really bored and hungry for something sweet. My problem is that I don't know what I should bake, any ideas? We basically have everything basic and more in terms of what I have to bake with.

Last night a boy asked me to prom...via facebook message. The thing is, though, i have not talked or seen him since probably sometime last year and that was only in the halls. AND to top it off, for the past year or two he has been trying to go for one of my best friends who has declined to his offers countless times. What should i do?!
