i have been wearing contact lenses for over a year now, they don't hurt and i find them comfortable but when i take them off it feels like i have sand in my eyes and my eyes feel either really watery for a while... this has been happening for the past month and i do change my contacts every 3 months, and my left eye has been twitching too like every hour or so for about 10-15 sec

what should i do?
