I want to find a good ab workout, and I feel like the go tos are always crunches or sit-ups. But I keep hearing that they are really bad for your back. As someone who has had to go to physical therapy and deal with back troubles before, I don't want to risk messing with my spine again. Does anyone know of any good ab workouts that don't compromise the condition of your back as well?

I am looking into a guitar I found online that is rather inexpensive, but I am unable to find information about the brand Tennessee. All I have been able to find is that the brand is discontinued. Has anybody had experience with this brand before or know anything about it? Though this is fairly inexpensive for a guitar, it would still leave a dent in my wallet and frustrate me greatly if I blew a decent amount of money on a terribly piece of equipment.

I have been playing a standard 6 string electric guitar for about 8 years, and I really want to learn 12 string. I don't necessarily have a lot of money for lessons, so does anyone know if it's easy to pick up and learn 12 string if you already know 6 string pretty well?

I'm most likely going off to college in NYC this fall, and I was wondering if anyone knew of any stores that sell video games for older consoles, such as game boy/game boy color, N64, and gba (because they're apparently not going to be selling those in gamestops anymore. It doesn't matter exactly where the store is in NYC, but I'm going to be in downtown manhattan and want to know if there are any in manhattan itself that I could scout out.

In the past couple of months, I've been getting strange white spots on my tonsils, then eventually I coughed up this weird thing that looked like a puss ball, and then the spot on my tonsil was gone. I searched up what was going on, and found out that these thing are tonsil stones. however, though I've found out what they are, I haven't found out how to prevent or get rid of them (aside from waiting for myself to cough them up). does anyone know any remedies?

two nights ago, I had to clean one out of my room and two downstairs. the next night (last night) i had to get two out of my room. this morning, there were four stink bugs in my room that i cleaned out. I thought I found out how they were getting in, so i blocked it up (it was a screen in my window that fell off of its tracks, and i thought they were getting in through there). However, I just got home from work a half hour ago, and I found 5 in my room. I can't just keep grabbing them and flushing them. it's too annoying and unacceptable. does anyone know any good ways to get rid of stink bugs? sprays, traps, anything? please!!!!!!! I Can't stand them anymore!

I was listening to elton john's song "Goodbye Yellow Brick Road" and I thought it was really cool. I just had a hard time figuring out what he's trying to say by the words in the chorus:

"so goodbye yellow brick road, where the dogs of society howl. you can' t plant me in your penthouse, i'm going back to my plough. Back to the howling old owl in the woods, hunting the horny back toad. Oh, I've finally decided my future lies beyond the yellow brick road."

For most of my life (i'm 18), I've had a HUGE gap in between my two front teeth. I did a rough measurement and it's between 3/16" and 1/4". My dentist told me about bonding, and how it would make the gap much less visible, but there's something i'm worried about. If it made the gap less visible, wouldn't it just make my teeth look huge? has anyone tried bonding before and are you happy with the results? I don't know if it helps, but this is a picture of my smile to show the gap in my teeth.

I just want to double check this. My cousin (in his 30's) came to visit my family and I, and he came along with his wife and 4 kids. My mom said something at some point, and it made me wonder something. What is the exact relation between my cousin's children and myself? are we just second cousins, or is it something weird like "second cousin twice removed"? and for that part, what is my relation to his wife? Cousin-in-law? Just kind of curious, and i'm too lazy to search it up.

so nowadays, the big crazes that some people are obsessed with and make others want to vomit are Justin Bieber, Jonas Bros, Miley Cyrus, and Twilight. Though I agree there are a few differences, the equivalents I remember when I was younger were Nsync, Backstreet boys, Britney Spears, and Harry Potter. What i want to know from people who are a little older than me (I'm 18), is if you think Nsync, Backstreet Boys, Britney Spears, and Harry Potter fans were as obnoxious as Justin Bieber, Jonas Bros, Miley Cyrus and Twilight Fans are today? I was 8 by the year 2000, so i couldn't really judge how those fans were because i didn't pay attention or care at the time.

I asked this before, but didn't get any great answers. anyway, does anyone know of any stores i can get one of those "Frankie Says Relax" t-shirts? I know i can get one online, but I want to know if there's a store i can actually go into and get one.
