  • If I was in Germany, and needed to feed my cat, how many Euros would it cost to buy a can of food?

I don't need to know because I'm budgeting a trip, but this info is needed for a university marketing research project. I just need a good baseline figure to work with. Thanks!

  • German citizens only, please... How much do you pay for a can of cat food?

A friend is doing a business project for graduate school. He needs to know what is an "average" price for a can of cat food in the German marketplace. Any reasonable accurate answer would be accepted.

  • Anyone have a favorite antique store in or around Dayton Ohio?

Any suggestions around Dayton or the outlying areas around it for a really good antique store or antique mall?

I mean the kind with quality furniture and nice things that you don't have to repair or refinish before they can be put in your house.

Every store I went in today had a few nice things that I looked at before being told that they were display pieces and not for sale, and the rest of the store was...not so nice. I came home empty handed.

I understand wanting the store displays to be attractive, but is it odd for dealers to have their best things "not for sale"?

So, if you know of a great store, especially the ones east of Dayton and within a twenty mile drive of there, please give me your recommendations - I promise that I won't buy any of the things you had your eye on!

  • Suggestions for a good needle-felting book?

I took my first needle felting class last week and am addcited to needle felting now, but want to teach myself further, rather than taking more classes. I have searched through Google quite a bit, but would like real suggestions.

I am mainly interested in making sculptural figures - animals and people - rather than purses, scarves, or clothing, and am wondering if any of you have good suggestions for books that have clear instructions and illustrations.

I have "Fleece Dog" and "Felt Wee Folk", but am looking for something a little more complicated, with attention to color shading and adding realistic features.

Does anyone have any suggestions of good books they've come across?
