Which lens is better for video a 50mm 1.8G or a 55-300mm zoom lens?

I'm doing a video shoot this weekend using my D5200 and I'm wondering which lens is better for video shooting? a fix lens like 50mm or a zoom lens? I'm capturing video in low light and its also a dance competition (if that helps answering my question).

My laptop gave up on me after 5 years. Sadly I wasn't able to retrieve any of my files. My computer still turns on but it shows nothing but a black screen. How do I get it going one last time enough to get some of my files out?

Would taking out the hard drive and putting into another laptop help?

Here are the ones I would like to keep for another year or so.

Andre Carter; although I would love to see Mario Williams on this position I doubt he becomes a patriot.

Gary Guyton: definitely one that will return giving Brandon Spikes some help.

Dan Koppen: There is no way this guy will leave Tom Brady even at a low price I think he stays.

Deion Branch: Brady's long time target will likely stay for one year.

Ben Jarvis: with Kevin Faulk likely retiring having Green-Ellis is still a great keeper.

Mark Anderson: filled in nicely after Andre Carters injury so I would give it another shot

Gerard Warren: one more shot

Matthew Slater: mostly going to be special teams kickoff return guy unless they find one in the free agent market that is more suitable.

So, who would you guys keep and release?

In the NFL, age is a huge factor. However, do you think that having too many veterans on the squad limits the growth of potential future players as effective replacements? When a veteran player decides to retire or being replace due to ineffectiveness it takes a while before his replacement can get a feel of how to play the position properly.

Take for example The patriots, they had such a veteran defense that won multiple championships but after retirement and trades they are in a scramble to replace huge talents in key positions. Now the offensive line has a couple veterans that are considering retirement.

Other teams like The Ravens and The Steelers; all have veteran players who played together for so long and many are now becoming too expensive to keep or simply aging.

What do you guys think?

I have a lot of used clothes that I'm thinking of donating but instead of the Salvation Army or Goodwill I want to just find a place where homeless people are present and hand them each gently used clothing.

I have donated clothes and other goods to Salvation Army and Goodwill including to the Philippines. But this time I'd like to do something different and meet homeless families face to face and personally hand them my used clothes.

I could have probably sold some of my clothes but I've also done that in the past. so I would rather give them to someone in need rather than another person or store reselling them.

Looking to upgrade my wardrobe. Need help finding a website that has Casual style to Club wear attire. Including shoes, and other accessories.

Styles similar to Rebel Spirit and other really nice looking graphic shirts and long sleeve button downs.

Casual Wear that are appropriate for everyday wear and business setting specially during the work week.
