How is it possible that my best friend's social skills have gotten worse since she's gone to college?
You usually think about people getting better since they're on their own, but she's gotten worse. She never answers texts and hides in her room all day instead of spending time with us. She's also really grumpy and snappy. I'd like to know what happened.

I'm nineteen, and I've never been asked out on a date *ever*. I'm not girly and I'm admittedly fat, but I've known girls worse at those qualities than be who are now engaged. Before you ask, it's not for lack of trying. I have asked two guys out and given one my number. They've all turned me down. I don't think I have any more first moves left in me. What am I doing wrong?
