I have been suffering with the symptoms of IBS for a few years now and it is tolerable for the most part. The only part that really presents as a problem is the gas symptoms. I cannot eat any form of sugary, gluten or fatty food but my stomach bloats and flatulence becomes an embarrassing issue. Can anyone recommend a short term legitimate treatment for this. Please dont suggest things that might help, im really anxious for a suggestion that is proven to work. Thanks :)

I was out with my friend when she introduced me to this guy. we talked for hours and then out of nowhere he just started to kiss me. I found it so disgusting that I almost threw up and felt sick for a while. There was nothing wrong with him so I dont understand why it happened. I have only kissed one other guy before and nothing happened that time even though I didnt like it that much. Just looking for some helpful advice. The whole thing has me freaked. I was just wondering if it is possible to curl short hair.My hair is above shoulder length and very thin. If I can what would be the best way to curl my hair myself?

Why is it some films filmed underwater or with really intense scenes can literally make you feel like your underwater or right there where it is all happening?

And what films have literally made you feel a tightness in your chest. The last film that made me feel like that was Sanctum. I was not expecting it to be so intense and my chest felt like someone was sitting on it. I love water sports and swimming but all of those horrific scenes filmed underwater made me feel like I was underwater.

Ok has anyone seen that advert with Liv Tyler where she is endorsing a certain shampoo. At one stage she says "look what I put My hair through" "I have tried so many hair care products" to the accompaniment of sad piano and violin music. That stupid ad annoys me so much because they actually want us to feel bad for Liv tyler. A woman who has more money than she knows what to do with. She goes on to complain how her jet set life means her hair is curly one day straight the next. I know its just an ad to get consumers to purchase the product but I think it has got to be the most irritating advert out there. What do you think?

Do you think Cameron's father is violent towards him? I sort of felt like they were almost saying he was and then pulled back. What do you think?

I have seen several of these shows about polygamous marriages in cults and in all of them there never seems to be teenage boys. They have dozens of children but you never see adolescent boys. Where do they send their sons???

I dont have depression or any condition like it, but some times out of the blue i just feel a little alone. My family and friends are amazing and I love them all to death but sometimes i feel like my problems take a backseat to theirs. Does that make sense?

I was given 2 tickets to see Westlife in the o2 for christmas and im having a dilema as to who i should bring. I have 2 sisters and i will feel terrible if i bring one and leave the other behind. I would bring my best friend but she isnt a big westlife fan. And even then she has fits of depression, most of the time she is fine and happy but she has periods of time when all the world couldnt make her smile. I really dont know what to do. i mean chances are she will be fine but if i give her the ticket and she is having an off day the concert will be terrible and i adore Westlife. would you be upset if you had a sister who brought your other sister over you??? What should i do?

I was buying a DVD of amazon and it would not accept the address I put in. I thought it was looking for a postcode and cause im from Ireland i put in N/A when that did'nt work I put in 0000, but nothing worked. How can i get it to accept the address?

The last day i was channel flicking and i came across a movie. It was in animi. An middle aged man grabbed a young woman and threw her onto a bed. He stabbed her right through with a sword. The sword went through the bed narrowly missing a little girl. Blood started seeping through and landing on her, she was crying and said Mommy. The last thing i remember was her a couple of years later killing the man who killer her mother. I think he was called musauto or something like that. Then she was on a roof and shot some man in the head as his car was passing. At this point i thought it was such a horrible movie so i switched it off. I wanted to know the name of it so i turned the tv on again and Uma thurman was on the tv and it was'nt animi. When i checked the tv guide it said the show was kill bill. So my question is was the animi part of kill bill? If so what does the animi part have to do with the non animi part? I did'nt watch the non animi part but i presuming Uma was'nt the chinese girl.

Ok, last night i was reading the book and 2 pages from the end i burst into tears. It took me ages to stop crying. Every time i read the book i cry even though i know what happens, and i just thought that it was amazing that someone can feel so connected to a character in a book that they cry when something happens. I felt so sorry for Johnny because of the quality of life he had. Constantly being belted around and not being cared for by his parents and always feeling unwanted except when with his friends. And then for Dallas who because of his past had turned cold and resentful. He opened his heart again and Johnny was the one thing in his life he cared about more then himself. He loved Johnny more then anyone in his entire life and to have him taken away like that was heartbreaking. When Dally is shot it's horrible because you remember that he was like Johnny once. That he cared about other people but it was stripped away from him until he did'nt feel anything anymore and he just 17. Its horrible in the movie too because they are all yelling " he is just a kid".

Have you ever felt a strong connection with a character in a book that you feel like you almost know them???
