I have overcomes Agrophobia & as well going to shops & going out a bit more but do suffer still from e.g home sickness just being an 1 hour from home.

If you don't mind what kind of promises were they & do you try making up for them & has this happened more than once , do you believe you will be forgiven?

Advise age gaps families financially home sickness does she want to go on holidays adapting to your western country cultural differences how does she spend her time, any experience with a lady from the Phillipines or the Ukraine or any other country much appreciated.

As a rule I believe age gap no more than 5-10 years difference & being realistic if your a 5/10 don t go after a 10/10 any advise thanks.

How do change my life where do I start I m unhappy & lonely?

Long time sufferer of depression anxiety panic attacks getting professional help and it helps wont get on public transport or planes mid thirties told above average looking & look younger than my age some friends unless special occasions don t hear from them or myself have not helped the situation due to my anxiety in the past have distant myself & a lot are married or with partners or moved or due to careers hours of work & I don t chase peopIe & a some of them have done wrong by me in the past & I have morals & fear god & dont use people & have experienced health anxiety due to past health matters & I don t seem to attract attractive woman although when younger I did & I have no motivation & the only thing I know to do when bored go for a drive shops eat out or have non alcoholic drink somewhere or gamble things that don t benefit me & il add I m not close to family which doesn t bother me except close to one of my parents, where do I start what can I do different where can I go on my own ?
