I'm planning to visit New York City in a couple of weeks, and was wondering about where to go and what to do. I'm going to be driving there, and I am a little intimidated by what I've heard about driving in the city. Any tips would be helpful :)

I'm a little confused on how to start my opening statement. The accused is charged with assault and possession of weapon. I need to prove that my client is innocent and that he did not intentionally or excessively cause harm to the accused.

I just bought a GHD Hair straightener ( the black one) from Sephora, and it looks like it's been used. I paid 360.00 for it and I'm not satisfied. There's dirt and grime on the plates of the straightener. Should I just exchange it and get a new one. Or would anyone suggest any other hair straightening appliance. I had the CHI one, but it died on me :(

Well my parents hate my writing... i know it sounds weird but they do.

It's not like my writing's messy or anything.. actually i get a lot of compliments on how my writing looks like a font and how neat it is. But when it comes to my parents, they just hate my writing and when im writing thank you cards or filling out forms... they just start yelling on how my writing isn't legible. What can i do? I'm sick and tired of them yelling at me because my writing isn't the way they like it.

She's a teenager and she's really afraid of bugs and so she has carpenter ants in her house and she's crying all the time cause she's scared about them invading her house. Any ideas on killing the ants for good?

Shoud we go to my neighbours daughter's first birthday? We had invited them a month ago for my daughter's 16th birthday and they never came. We had also attended their wedding which was done out of the city a couple of years ago. The thing is i really don't know what to do. As neighbors the wife and the mother are nice, but the son in law isn't that great with us. I'm really confused and would appreciate your own thoughts and notions.
