I recently tried to upgrade to IE 11. Since then It locks up whenever I try to open additional tabs. Firefox works fine. Tried uninstalling IE but that doesn't work Wwhat can I do to get IE working properly again.

Running windows 7 on a netbook.

I have added my hotmail accounts to this phone which operates on the 3 network. I want to pass the phone on to a relative without deleting all the apps etc but I dont want to let them have access to my emails.

Recently installed Sky HD box and use HDMI cable. Only using free HD channels. Set up works ok via a Numbered AV port which I guess is the HDMI port but my TV setup does not appear to recognise the HD device. Is this usual and am I really getting full HD reception.

I feel that I have been forced out of my job. Was a part time worker. Boss has no respect for employment or health and safety legislation. Felt I had no option but to leave.

How would I go about presenting my idea to TV stations and what sort of payment might I expect for my idea.

I have suffered with Lichen Planus since the 1980s. I was included in a trial for treatment with Cyclosporin which gave me several years of remission. The condition returned a few years ago and I have been treated with topical steroids and lauromacrogols. These help with the itching but the rashes and lesions are spreading. Is there any reason why my doctor would not give me another course of Cyclosporin. I know that the low doses needed for treating Lichen Planus are not commonly available.

The download appears to work ok but does not show on my list of programmes and I'm still prompted to download again.

I have a phone with internet capability. What antivirus (if any) is recommended.

I would like to download files to my laptop for transfer to my mobile but .jar downloads fail. There is something missing from my laptop Java programmes I think.

I have an LG renoir on 3mobile network. The phone has GPS but does not seem to be compatible with Google maps, although the location finder is present.

Can anyone suggest a suitable mapping system for my phone and explain how to install it. Thanks!

I'm looking for a colourful flowering shrub for a dark corner of my garden. The corner is sheltered but hardly even receives sunlight. I tried a couple of things in there but nothing seems to last more than one season. All suggestions appreciated

I have a couple of bright red scaly/flakey rashes on my lower leg. They are almost perfectly circular about 10 millimetres across. They are not painful or sensitive when touched but do itch very slightly - not enough to merit sratching. I have been taking a long course (4 weeks) of antibiotics for rosacea on my nose and brow. I also suffer from Lichen Planus but these new rashes are clearly not this. Any ideas before I visit the doctor

Over time my XP has upgraded to service pack 3. Following a recent crash I had to reinstall XP using my original boot disc (SP2). This left me with so many settings to upgrade and I had to re install SP3. How can I produce a new boot disc incorporating SP3 so that if necessary I can reinstall SP3 direct from disc?

ISP is Pipex - accessed via a wireless router. Problem seems to be 'host file' conflict according to the trouble shooter. What's this and how can I fix it (simple guidance please)

I also have trouble getting full access to some other websites. e.g. I can get into person.com but cannot show or see webcams in the messenger section. I have no trouble of any kind if I go online using my 3mobile USB modem.

My ISP is claiming that I use my allocation (2GB) within 2 days of paying my latest bill. The next 3GB, which they charge me extra, for miraculously last until the end of the month. How can I keep tabs on my usage?
