So many people think she is basically stupid and unqualified to be President, and diss her experience as Mayor and Governor.They mock her on national TV. Some people say she is racist, though she married a Native American. And then there are all those lies about her family. I cannot think of a male that people do all of that with..

If the President could choose to go to just one of those place, which place do you think he should go?:

It is my understanding that younger Americans will pay more for health insurance or be forced to buy health insurance to cover the costs of insuring the elderly and poor. Today's youth already pays for social security that they may or may not get. Why are young Democrats so turned on about paying for health insurance they don't need?

Senator Robert Byrd of West Virginia was a member of the KKK, as was Hugo Black, whom FDR appointed to the Supreme Court. And the Democrat George Wallace stood at the school door and proclaimed "Segregation for ever!".Isn't it time the Dems owned up to their racist past and issued an apology and some reparations to the minorities that they oppressed?

Currently the Hill Burton Act requires hospitals to treat the needy if the hospitals accept federal money. Obama said that the health care reforms he supports will not apply to illegal aliens. How will the federal government enforce that? Require proof of legal residency from every sick person? And does he really mean to repeal the Hill Burton act?

Why wait for the speech? Let's start admiring the speech now! The way he illuminated the memory of Sen. Ted Kennedy, the passionate leader of the health care cause....we need to enact health care to honor that great scion of a great family! Obama's reflections on the poor and the needy inspires us to recognize.it is time to share the wealth of this great country with those whom prosperity has passed by! And the fact that he pointed to homeless Vets dying.on the street corners due to lack of affordable health care really tugged at our hearts and made us forget that there is a VA that runs a federal medical program.

And Congress applauded, and his poll numbers soured, and in less than a month he signed the Kennedy Health Care bill.

USA is not incarcerating more terrorists, but that is not the news. Instead we are focused on interrogation techniques used against terrorists by those who were keeping us safe. Is that ironic or what?

I am really in shock. I mean, the guy is a great speech maker, he has a majority in the house and a filibuster proof Senate. And his major pieces of legislation, Cap and Trade and Health Care Reform went down in flames. What happened? Rahm Emmanuel ran out of dead fish?

Meanwhile North Korea has the bomb, trillions of dollars are spent on our economic recovery, and he lets our tax dollars go overseas to fund abortions instead of using the money to pay for our recovery. What is with this Administration?

First, some kind of means test. If you can afford health insurance, but choose not to buy it, tough. Yes, I know, this means young single males buy a policy.

Next, if you cannot afford a health insurance policy, but have assets (own a house, have cash in bank, etc).Feds guarantee a bank loan made to yuu so you can buy a policy, but the loan is secured by your assets.

If you have no assets, and cannot afford a policy, you go on Medicaid, which is, after all, where you are already.

Just the other day, Palin said that the health care bill included provisions for end of life counseling. Wow, was she demonized for saying that! People actually thought she was lying. But today the Senate Finance Committee removed that provision from the health care bill. Hats off to Palin for pointing this out! She clearly speaks for the American people, right?

The majority of Americans do not want health care reform, and the opposition to it is growing. Why not just drop the issue for now and deal with things that the voters want done?

Congressional representation and spending of some federal tax dollars depends on a state's population. So states with higher numbers of illegals get more congressional seats and more tax money than other states. Should we count illegals as a full person, or amend the Constitution to only count them as 5/9'ths of a person, like the slaves used to be?

Until the economy crashed, i was working full time and cleaning houses part time to make ends meet. Then i lost my full time job and figured i would work on getting more clients. I tried word of mouth through my existing clients.. But the opposite happened, as some of my clients lost their jobs, and cannot afford to pay for a housecleaner.

I know i have to overcome the issue of being male and 50+, so I cut my rates to $10 an hour. I do good work and got good references and in 10 years only had one complaint. Any ideas?

I cannot remember all these problems with tax cheaters being appointed under G. W. Bush. I know that there was an issue with one of his Supreme Court nominees, but I think that was because she was not strongly enough pro-life. And I sure cannot remember any appointee who had tax problems being confirmed even though the Republicans had the Senate for half of Bush's term.
